  Get the product activation message because I am not connected to the internet.  Absolutely, PC is connected to internet (I am composing this message on the same pc that the product is installed.  Tried recording offline connection and get message that the serial number is incorrect.

  I'm afraid you're out of luck.  If the torn label had been noticed before the HD crashed, the existing product key could have been found using a program like Belarc Advisor or the Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder.  However, with the death of HD, it is too late for that now.

  I have re-installed Adobe Acrobat Professional and can not activate it. Adobe says it of an expired product and is no longer supported. They said download 22020134.exe and provided a serial number. It does not work.
