Can not activate my new membership of creative cloud, still in trial mode. Is this normal?
Hi, I bought a new composition of the creative suite in my school, but it doesn't work, I followed all the steps correctly but nothing has been activated, I'm always on mode to try it for 30 days.
There is no trace of my subscription to my online account. Just my one expired last year.
I tried to copy my code once more, but it says that it has already been used...

Simple answer: Yes you can. It is in the terms of the license. 2 simultaneous installations are allowed, but you must make sure to not use them simultaneously. You can even install on several computers, but you must revoke it activation on one, to be able to use the software on the other. Avoid the hassle of reinstall every time, when the computers.

Can not download the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop

I see by clicking on the link of the VERSION of the APP that a new desktop CC version was released (3.5.0.206), but when I click on the download link for desktop PC CC on the Adobe website, it still installs 3.4.3.189. I bought a 6 s 64 GB Iphone to a friend yesterday and immediately restored to use for my part, but now it asks me to enter the my friend apple ID to activate, even tought "find my phone" was not enabled on this device. The thing is that my friend can't access his account from apple, since he is unable to access his e-mail account so that he can not give me the papers.
I'll double check the IMEI on this site https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ and it tell me that activation lock is off and the unit is ready to be used by a new user.

I have serious problems with my student creative cloud subscription. my subscription is active and when I connect to my account on adobe.com, I can find on the Subscriptions tab you when I connect to my desktop application it say trial with all applications.
now that the trial period is over, I can not use my purchased programs more and cela in the middle of an important project. When I try the program of creation of license for example it is said that no subscription has been found for my adobe ID. I tried disconnecting and in yet once updated everything yet, I am unable to activate / license my products because "without a valid subscription was found for your adobe ID".

I try to install Photoshop on a second computer. Problem is that I can't find the installer for creative cloud. When I login on adobe.com and go to products, all I get is the option to get a free trial or sign up for a new plan. It's as if he thinks that I am not already a map.

I had the same issue, after my Mac got subscribed by lightning and I need a new fresh install. I was an existing subscriber of CC.
After searching the relevant download, I finally clicked on the cc - Adobe Photoshop trial download and then load the Application Manager creative of cloud that you asks to connect you and then start with the download of your applications.
