I want to buy 750 images a month with monthly plan. By clicking on 'buy now' just said "something went wrong" - why?

Can not buy Adobe Creative Cloud
My trial for Photoshop just missed and I need to use it, and my copy of CS5 is only for Mac OS X.
I can't buy Creative cloud because whenever I try, it works at first, but when I click on 'Confirm' to buy it, I get this:
He just repeat myself 'Please Wait' with the spinning logo. I tried 4 times and waited 30 minutes and nothing happened.
I did all the steps, and he accepted the credit card.

I think it's maybe because I selected to develop my space icloud, but just for my iphone, which is expected to be only £ 9.99 per month.
I don't know why I get the other costs at all times.

Can not buy a Stock Image - system error
On two separate days, I tried to buy a particular image of the Adobe's Stock by using the standard license option. I get the same error if I use the option of credit card payment or paypal. I also used different browsers.
"We're sorry but an error has occurred. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of payment in the next few minutes, try again or contact customer service. »
Has anyone else had this problem and was able to buy a picture?

Pricing plans are quite vague and I need pictures and video. Can someone help me with this?
The Adobe support person was correct. Video is not included, because the video is available in a single purchase.

Difficulties canceling adobe store 10 images per month.
I talked to a counselor on Sept. 27. I wanted to cancel my 10images adobe monthly, but there is no option to do it on my adobe ID. The advisora said I should update my payment information (paypal), pay for a month and then I would be able to cancel without fees. I tried several times in vain to update my correct payment information. Whenever I update, the new details are accepted and I save them, but shortly after a red flag appears asking me to update again.

Sorry for the confusion caused.
The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.
However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.

You get the offer as part of the process of "migration." Be warned, your account of Club Photo Dollar is irrevocably deleted during 'migration', your past purchases, licensing, collections, lights, etc. do NOT migrate. It is simply a transfer of credits.
