• Historical files can not find my USB drive.

  I think I should have created this problem myself by removing something that I wouldn't on 19/04/15. That said I think I should be able to have the file history find my USB hard drive. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the drive several times, tried different ports several times, I have set all permissions for all users and restarted after each step. I made sure the computer see the drive in devices under USB devices and readers. I formatted the drive and can drag and drop to and from the drive. I plugged in a flash drive and run the history file to it and worked until he ran out of memory. When I try to run the history file it looks like for the flash player and I said need to plug in, I choose select drive and it rises, "no usable disc found", I don't understand how historical files can not find my USB drive when all other aspects of Windows 8.1 can. I connected the USB cord to the computer and it found and installed the drivers that I needed, but when I opened my computer, it doesn't appear there or on the lower right corner of the taskbar.   What I would try, if you want to keep the pictures is picturemail just send to your e-mail address. Of course, depending on your phone plan, you will have to pay a fee in order to send the picturemail. If for some reason you cannot send picturemail to an email address, simply send to a friend or a family member who has a phone capable of connecting and downloading the pictures.

  I zipped and attached to the driver that you are interested in below.

  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click the controller smbus who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

  Then restart the PC.

  You must use IE10 or IE11 to correctly access the support pages.

  If you use IE9 then you need to make some changes...

  1. for pages works properly, you must use Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

  It is a problem for some of us who climb to IE9 such as those who have Vista or a new install of W7.

  The workaround to get IE8 or IE9 to access the page of the pilot is to:

• Deinstitutionalized drive, my computer can not find the music stored on the internal drive

  I was recently released from the balance of PAYMENTS (Bureau of Prisons), and I gladly paid $25 for the reader deinstitutionalized. I got it in the mail and I am very happy with the improvements, however, when I plug it into the computer, the computer cannot find the music that I invested a lot of money.  The drive works fine.  I can listen to all the songs that are on it, but I can't find them with all software, including the software downloaded from Sansa. When I click on the player, in any program/browser, I get the same thing: the folders that are empty.  It saves space, but sees ALL files.  Many of the albums available at the bottom of the PYRAMID were incomplete and I want to "fill the gaps", but can not find the whites to fill.  Any help would be wonderful.  I paid my $95 (for the player AND have unlocked it) MORE about $1400 in the songs, so it's a pretty big deal for me to get access... Thanks in advance.

  My guess is, it is a question of USB MSC - MTP mode.

  Your drive may be connected to your computer in the title of one of the 2 separate USB MSC or MTP modes.  This is located under settings of the player.  (There is a 3rd option it, auto-detection, trying to connect under MTP mode but then fold in MSC mode, if necessary.)  Is the reason why it's important, files transferred to the Clip under a mode USB can only be seen by your computer when the computer is under this same mode.  And so, for example, if the songs are put on the player mode USB MSC, if you connect later under MTP mode, the computer will not see these files.  If you have set the player to one of the USB modes and always use this mode (MSC mode is the least problematic, in virtue of which the player is considered to be a USB key; however, MTP mode is necessary for files protected by DRM), you're fine.  If, however, you change mode, emits a "invisibility".  And if you're ready auto detection, the computer can change the modes on you without you knowing.

  And thus, better Board: turn on the player (recommended) MSC or MTP mode and stay there and stay away auto detection setting.

  And if you have been on a mode but want to switch to the other and to be able to see all of your files on your computer, set the player to the previous mode, transfer your music to your computer and delete them from the player, re - set the player to new USB mode and transfer the songs back.
