I advised this site of game with a report to 'fix'... but I can't afford to change anything in the singles at this time to "just run" their "game of the year"...   Have you checked the Device Manager, event viewer to see if there are any questions... system restore?

  This message appears if you want to play DVD movies with an application like Windows Media Player that has no (plug-in) installed DVD decoder.
  Usually the DVD can be played with special programs like WinDVD or PowerDVD for example!

  But this DVD decoder has nothing to do with the Toshiba Recovery DVD and the fact your new DVD Player cannot read the recovery DVDs.

  This problem may occur if "DEP (Data Execution Prevention)" is enabled. I suggest to turn off "DEP" and check if problem still persists. Refer to the steps below.

  2. In the left pane, click "Advance System Settings".
  3. Under "System Properties", click the "Advanced" tab and click on "settings".

  After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
  For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
  What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. Not knowing if it would help, I installed a new too and he said it was his understanding that it does not. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!

If it's something simple, I can guess through it to help someone but it's my first personal computer for me and is a former first, so I got experience using different types. We use the desk at work as well. Personally, I like computers laptops for various reasons. And the mention of people many browsers go way over my head.

  Hi Gilad,

  It seems more an audio problem for me.

  Please select all the clips on the timeline, right-click and select 'Remove' to separate the audio from the videos.

  Once done select Audio only in the timeline and right click to select "Render and replace. Once done, save and close the project.

  Try reading to check if it works.

  You can also try to export an XML file i.e tab of project selection.

  Go to file > export > Final Cut Pro XML

  After creating a new project > import the XML file, and then open the sequence to check.

  I can understand you mate, but have you contacted Toshiba service center again? You should speak with the technicians and explain the situation. I put t know what they did, do you know that?

  Cleaning of the laptop is still a good idea but if it doesn't work maybe the thermal compound must be renewed. So ask a technician for help laptop.

  By the way: what OS are you using? You can use the same problem with the factory settings and preinstalled display driver?

  You said first Elements 10. First 10 Elements is affected by a problem serious display known if the computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card. In this issue, the only cure is to roll back the version of the driver about may 2013. The description of the problem and how to make the rear roller are described in one of the messages at the top of this forum. What video/graphics card your computer use?

  On another front, Adobe will release a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. Not one, but Adobe knows the function defined for the new version. This type of information is announced at the time of the release of the new version.

  So the solution to the problem you presented in this thread could have been...

  1 roll back the version of the NVIDIA GeForce driver for all may 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, maybe not possible)

  2. move to a different version of Premiere Elements (which you did)

  I offer the foregoing for consideration so that you can review your decisions. We are pleased to learn that the first items 12/12.1 works for you.

  They will play in the Photos if you import them directly from your iPhone (without using iCloud).
