  After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
  For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
  What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. Not knowing if it would help, I installed a new too and he said it was his understanding that it does not. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!
  I work with computers all the time at work but not the technical stuff. If it's something simple, I can guess through it to help someone but it's my first personal computer for me and is a former first, so I got experience using different types. We use the desk at work as well. Personally, I like computers laptops for various reasons. And the mention of people many browsers go way over my head.

And I can not find the drivers for the FN key. I googled to be called "Utility Flash Cards", but only what I founded is pdf of it. And also my Everest or Notebook hardware control is none of my fans.

  But I m wondering about your question about the fan. Why do you think the fan isn't recognized? Everything about the fan will be controlled automatically. You can change only the method of cooling between performance and battery optimized in Windows power management.

  If anyone can help... the game was offered by a site of game trust I used three years only had problems is their game 'brands' offered once a year at thanksgiving... the original size said it I read would be OK for my computer to manage... but when the game is released I honestly has not verified the size of output... so I downloaded... played some time... couldn't understand why the screen captures was different... stuck... game had many moments video... well at the time where they worked well... but this is not the end... I went back to my regular Web and page that if there are have been many members 'upset' about how this game had somehow black borders at the top and to the right... THEN... I uninstalled both the game and the "game Manager", messed with the settings (does not), so together, return to the original, checked the aspect ratio, ran chkdsk diagdx, changed the page sizes, is off the computer (it worked the last time when this happened)... now always have the toolbar down showing status "pressed upward" and MY games are WAY OUT of size when I try to play , can't read the bottom at all... just had the computer fixed and updated August 2012 and all concerning this site of game WORKED!... now am in his life ' *' b/c I have over 400 + more games I can't play, unless I guess what the devil is required by the screenshot...   This happens even if the battery is charged and connected?
  This means that the battery is dead. This would also explain the question why battery does not charge.

  I think that the battery needs to be checked at the beginning.

  Regarding overheating:
  I guess that the laptop has not been cleaned in the past.
  This could be the reason why don t cooling fans work as it should. Dust inside the cooling module prevents the fans run at high performance. I think that's the reason why there is a problem with air circulation.
  Then try to clean the fans with a jet of compressed air. This allows to remove dust.

• Equium A100-147: can not play games becauce slow DVD player

  I have a laptop Equium A100-147. I tried many games on my laptop which should conform to the specifications required for example battlefield 2, however, these games does not work and I didn't know why. I then realized that all the games I tried were all on 4 DVD-ROM drive demanding x, and the specifications I provided with my laptop did not specify what kind of DVD player, I had another super multi layer or something.

  It is while I tried the games that were demanding CD-ROM which all worked fine, I then tried a game that was 2 x DVD ROM demanding that worked apart from a small problem with models of characters not displayed, so I took back defective. Then I tried a 1 x DVD-ROM game that worked perfectly.

  Today, I decided to get my DVD specifications, where I found that my laptop should read 8 x DVD - ROM drives.
  So my question is, is my defective DVD player for not playing more than 1 x DVD - ROM games? And can I contact Toshiba or my provider for repair or replacement or my problem would be something else?

  As far as I know the laptop was delivered with the drive UJ - 841S and the drive supports 8 x DVD-ROM.
  Of course, there must be something wrong if the drive cannot read DVD-ROM media at full speed. The middle is not supported or the drive malfunctions

  What you can do is search for the update of the firmware. Many laptops come with the same drive. See the categories of driver and, possibly, there is a new update of the firmware.

  You can also try to remove the physical drive from the laptop and reboot the device without the drive. Then turn off the appliance, install the drive again and the boot upward.
  The laptop must initialize the firmware again and maybe this will help

  But it seems you notebook is not very old and the warranty is valid. If you need to contact the ASP in your country for more details and possibly for disc replacement

• Installed the Flash Player 10.1, but still can not play games on Facebook.

• Satellite T110 - Wireless disappeared and can not re - activate

  Recently, I have a 3 month old toshiba satellite, the problem I have is that when I initially shot to the top of the laptop the wireless light was extinguished, and the Fn F8 combo did not work. The light is on but only active / disable bluetooth. I don't see the device wireless network, only the LAN card settings.

  I reinstalled the wireless drivers, and this has not solved the problem. Toshiba radar indicates that the wireless device is disabled but I don't know how to activate it.
  It worked about 2 weeks ago and I was able to connect wirelessly without problem.

  Normally you can toggle the WIFI connection if you press the FN + F8 key combination.
