Can not upgrade Lightroom 6, Windows 10

I purchased, downloaded and installed the update of Lightroom 5.7 to 6.0 Lightroom on my Windows laptop, 10. It works well, but it must be updated to the latest version.

When I start Lightroom 6.0 and click Help, update, Adobe Update Manager starts, and it looks like one update is available for 'Adobe Application Manager', Lightroom and Photoshop Camera RAW. I click on "Update". It starts to download and then says 'update adobe application manager. He acts as he completed the update, and then it stops and back to Lightroom. It does not download updates for LR or Camera Raw.

If I click on help, updates of Lightroom a second time, that nothing is happening; nothing!

I can't find any way to do update LR or Camera RAW.

I finally fixed it.

Somehow, I managed to get an older version of 32-bit Adobe Update Manager installed, and it wouldn't update the 64-bit version of LR. I went to the Adobe site and download the correct update of the update version, and when I ran, it updated LR to the latest version.

I'm trying to upgrade from Lightroom to the latest version on my last OS X 10.11 with all updates. The update fails with the error in the log:

Why can not upgrade Lightroom 6 application in my applications folder?

I bought Lightroom 6 pure and simple, and it is in my applications folder. For some reason any it will not update to 6.3 - he's stuck on 6.0. In another contest of circumstances - it seems that Lightroom CC (2015) if poster in my creative cloud on my menu bar - do not know how this here - but it is 6.3. I thought when I bought the perpetual license that I would be able to update the application in my folder of the application. With the help of Mac Yosemite 10.10.5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated by clearing my confusion.
