Cannot route calls to agents

Need help, please.

What should I do to route calls to the skill of the agent group in ICM?

When I put script just a label - it works fine, when I put the skills group - nothing works...

I try to call of the ip phone to the ip phone agent through point of road CM in LABORATORY

What I've done wrong?

I did everything according to the guides of the CIM:

Added labels agents, services, skills, target of the device groups, and he attributed all with each other

But I don't understand why I have to assign network trunk group to the Group of skills or services?

You watch the script to see where it fails? It is a failure to the skillgroup node?

Do you have any officer connected and ready to accept the call to this skill?

You assign it NTG to the operational skills or services. You create routes for skills / services and when you reference a skill in the skillgroup node, the corresponding route will automatically select when you close the node.

If you don't have the loan officer in this talent and the script fails on the skillgroup node, check the target config (devType CiscoPhone /DN XXXX) device

In addition, the telephone set itself must be associated with the "pguser" in call manager. Will this work?

    Odd error here: I am trying to call a method named "MakeDecision" in the Web Designer PersonWantsOrg cutomizer. For a few hours, I get the message "error: [810215] MakeDecision method is disabled and cannot be called. '. I can't explain it to myself, because this call works very well for a long time... anyone have an idea why this message is triggered? Or where I can see the status (?) of the method?     suggestion:

    Use the method "FillOrder.

    With this you are able to create a new PersonWantsOrg object and can set each property (including the OrderState).

    You must set a PropertyBag object (which contains all the properties for the new object of PersonWantsOrg), you create a new (empty) PersonWantsOrg object and call this method. The PropertyBag object is needed as a parameter to the method.

    Disadvantage: The method works only for execution by a Jobservice.

    That's why I suggest:

    Your "One-button-click" fires an event for the object selected in the PersonWantsOrg.

    You must create a process for this event, this process contains a ScriptExec job. This work calls a script with the following behavior:

    -a single parameter (UID_PWO_Source)

    -load the source object

    -fill in all the important properties of this object in a PropertyBag object, add additional properties (for example OrderState = Assigned)

    -create a new PersonWantsOrg object

    -call the method "FillOrder" for this new object and use the PropertyBag object

    The result is a new PersonWantsOrg object that is finally approved.

    I installed the trial version of AE CC 2015 through creative cloud installed in my Windows 8.1 Pro x 64 and whenever I try to follow a sequence.

    After the track is finished and start solving this error appears: After Effects error: FLT_GeneralEffectCallPlus cannot be called reentrantly (25: 222)

    and I have to kill AE process because if I press ok, the message pops up again and again.

    I tried to use Adobe CC Cleaner and reinstall AE, but the problem persists.

    I´d want to buy a subscription of CC, but I want to see AE works.

    So I keep both open software and whenever I start a first rendering, appears this message in After Effects (After Effects error: FLT_GeneralEffectCallPlus cannot be called reentrantly (25: 222)) so this annoying message are blocking my rendering every time and I have to close one of the programs to work with a normal workflow.

  • 6945 CP cannot transfer calls long distance cell phone

    I am facing a problem with a Cisco IP phone 6945 and Unified Communications Manager Version 9.1.2.  The phone does not forward calls to a long distance cell phone.  I can't add/suffix the long distance code.  I tried different combinations with eligible set 0-9, *, #, +, X and I can not find a solution.

    Please let me know how to forward calls to a cell phone long distance without turning off the long distance code requirement.

    I wasn't sure the community post.  I looked at history and other messages were submitting to IP telephony, but it wasn't an option in the drop down.  My apologies if I've landed in the wrong forum.

    Calls that are passed to a FAC or compatible CMC routing model fail because no user is present to enter the code. This limitation applies to forwarding configured in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration or Options for Cisco Unified CM user pages. You can configure call forwarding, but all calls that are passed to a FAC or compatible CMC passes the results of the model to reorganize. When a user presses the CFwdALL soft key and inserts a number that has the College or MCC enabled on the routing model, the user receives reorder and forwarding functions fails.

    You cannot prevent the configuration of call forwarding at a college or compatible CMC route model; diverted calls that use these models road delete because no code is entered. To minimize interruptions of call processing, test the number before you set up call forwarding. To do so, dial the destination number transfer; If you are prompted for a code, do not configure for this number call forwarding. Warn users of this practice in order to reduce the number of complaints arising from rerouting calls that do not reach the intended destination.

    Yes, it is possible - you basically configure the workflow in use by agents (i.e. probably the workflow 'Default' If this is new to you) so that there is a "Utility Action" of "Start Recording" when a call is "answers." This is configured in office administrator who is the server default UCCX isntalled.

  • Circumvention of toll - routing calls from China to voice GW United States

    Hi all

    I have an office in China and I'm configuring CUCM to route all U.S. calls China to voice gw office in the United States. Currently users in China face 9,001 and then registration number calls US. Users are used for numbering 9,001 for U.S. calls, so I like to keep the same numbering structure. How to configure CUCM for U.S. calls to voice gw routed to the United States in this scenario?

    I'm under CUCM 7.1.3 and voice gateways are H323

    No problem as long as the Gulf War send you the call of don't allows to route all calls as 11 digits. If the Gulf war is in place that requires composition 7 or 10 digits for calls local you must separate road of models for these area codes.

  • Cannot install the vCenter agent service. Cannot download agent.

    I have a little trouble with three of my ESX servers. I'm in vCenter Server 4.0.0 162856. I have three clusters that I am currently using. One is my cluster of blade test environment on our old equipment on our internal network (running ESX 3.5). One is our new cluster of blade on our internal network. The final (and) I have a problem) are the pole of blade on our external network. The new run ESX 4.0.

    When I tried to add new hosts to our new cluster of blade on the internal network, everything went relatively well. I am trying to simply add hosts to the cluster on the external network, but every time, I get the "cannot install the agent vCenter. service '. Error failed to download agent. I read on the web that this can happen sporadically and try to remove/put on your ESX servers. I tried with all three, and no download. I first thought that the hard drives of my hosts were too small because I am booting from SAN and dug 25 GB drives strictly to the operating system. So, I tried 50 GB hard drives, and that did not help.

    My guess is that it may be some sort of firewall issue and asked our network guys to unblock the ports 902, 905 and 8443. Still, this does not seem to help. I checked the file/etc/hosts and three servers, the vCenter server, and the server for the backup is defined in there. I also tried removing and time of the cluster. The only thing that does not work I don't know a ping servers that are defined in the hosts file works (but not other local servers) is vmkping, which gives a * not configured vmkernel stack * error.

    Someone at - it ideas? Do you think it's firewall or vmkernel associated? My understanding is that the vmkernel would begin after it is attached to a host, but I could be wrong on this matter.

    Recently, I was not receiving calls from people or get a text saying I missed their call. Although this works very well when people in my contacts call me. Lately I've been turning 4G on but only my data instead of voice & data, so I don't know if this might be the reason why.

    First try and reset your device. (hold sleep/wake and home 30 seconds button)

    Then try and reset the network settings settings > general > reset > reset network settings

    First of all, try to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the call logo comes back again. You won't lose data, but it can cure a few glitches.

    If this does not work, set it back to factory settings and restore it again form backup, explained in this article:
