  By default windows 8.1 come with the Mail application, if you want Windows Live Mail, then we have need to download and install Windows Live Mail.

  As much as I know there is no absolute limit.  The number of accounts depends on many variables.  I can say that it is over 25, which is what I have.

  Not sure what you mean by "are these...". can overlap in WLM"you be more specific?

  I was finally able to solve my problem.  I changed the Port account settings: 25-Port: 587 and it worked.
