I can surf the web in SafeMode with network.  However, when I try to access internet in normal mode, I get an error message: cannot display the Page.  When I click on the link to problem diagnose it indicates that the computer detects a connection from home.knology.net, however, there may be a remote firewall blocking the connection.  Firewall systems only 2 that I know are windows and MacAfee and I disabled both of them.  I contacted the ISP and they state it's the computer.  I just bought the computer on 07-02-08. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
