  About a month ago I bought a laptop HP Pavilion DV6T used.  The unit I bought has a warenty for 90 days at HP.  The web site where I bought the unit it lists as a DV6T - B 6, 00.  However, the HP websites list several variants of the DV6T - b 6, 00.  I would Sanchez to identify the number of model/product original of this system before it has been refurbished.  This is necessary to locate the good BIOS downloads, manuals etc...

  to clarify, this includes the software of HP Solution Center, HP Director is no longer supported.

  Follow these steps, it should solve such a problem:

  (1) run the executable (i.e. OJP8500vA909_full_12_en.exe) HP installation package
  (2) when it is asked to select the extracted directory, make a note of the place where it is installed. Way the easiest would be to tell it to extract them to a folder named HP on the desktop.

  Or otherwise type folder into the search bar and open the listed Temp folder, and then open the last HP installation folder that begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
  3) navigate to the extracted installation folder
  4) go into the subdirectory "Setup."
  (5) move, delete or rename the Intel USB System Check (usbready.exe) utility
  (6), double-click the executable installation program in the main extraction file (Setup.exe)

The shipping department was very helpful, but could not give me the information I need.  Please, please, please, can someone give me a product for a black size cartridge number regular to adapt to the HP7520?  I have the XL size black cartridge, I need the ordinary black.  Thank you.

  Did you pay for Office (including Excel) in a packaging separated when you bought your computer?

  Office is not included with your purchase of computer for free.

  Most new computers come with a trial version of Office that lets 'x' number of days usuage.

  After this test times out, you will have to buy Office.

  And the product key on the computer case or laptop for the operating system, not for the desktop Suite.
