I am unable 2 open anything without having ' ' to choose a program "to open a file. I never got 2 before doing so. but the last time I was on my laptop; microsoft security had picked up "severe Trojan horses". " any advice would be so gratefull... when I connect 2 another account, it is not the case.

I guess that you had deleted Trojans now?
Question:
Is this account that you have problem with an administrator account on ?
So yes even once, when you have a new Admin account, connect to it. Use this new administrator and DELETE the former admin.
(2) if the answer is no and that it's only a user account, then it's even more simple.
Login to your Admin account, remove this user account.

Since July of this year, when I try to back up my computer to HP Envy 17 laptop I get a pop-up window asking if I want to allow the following program to make changes to my computer. The program is: Microsoft Windows Backup/Windows Hardware Driver verification / valid from 07/12/2009 to 03/07/2011. Because the validation is obviously outdated, I consider the program run out of appropriate verification, but I can't back up my computer without the program.
Hewlett-Packard said the problem probably occurs because the computer was missing an update of windows. Updates happen automatically without my intervention. I bought the new computer, directly from HP in the month of August, 2011 (after the date of validation of program pop up) with Windows 7 Ultimate installed and had no problem backup of my files to a CD until July of this year. I believe that the problem may be the result of a rather than a missed update windows update. What should I do so that I can make a routine (monthly) BACK to the top without having to allow a program that is not properly validated?

At this point, the problem of slower Internet connection and loading is probably resolved. I wanted to try the simpler remedy without doing unnecessary downloads. Fortunately, there is a Windows update that created a restore point the day before the problem occurred. I restored the system to this date, and the problem disappeared... [Posted 03 Oct-12]

I can tell you that v11.3.300.268 Java Version 6 update 32 and Flash Player are very badly outdated & subject to thousands of security vulnerabilities .

When I restart I always have to login with password.

Probably the best course of action would be for you to take it to a qualified computer technician (it won't be a type BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place). Otherwise:
The first Question of troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what has changed between the time things worked and the time they do not have?
The second issue of Windows troubleshooting: what is the status of virus/malware of the machine? If you think it's clean, what programs (and versions) allows you to determine this?

I can't open anything in the layout of the object in Dreamweaver CS6

I'm very new and inexperienced on Dreamweaver. I use a book to create a website using dreamweaver and I ran into a problem while trying to open the Div tag on the page layout Options command. The div is gray like all other orders as is the command checkerboard to AP and the AP Div tag.
You have any idea why this is. I did not open any other div tag in my coding, so the issue is not that my last div tag was not closed properly.
You go back to the Source Code by clicking the button right under your index.html tab.
At this point, you are in the cssfirst.css file, which may not have html tags, that is why everything is gray.

Very well done on my BB before I got my job and my Yahoo put email in place. Later, I have disabled Yahoo mail and I remember he was difficult to understand how to do it and remove the icon. I thought about it however.
