CAN'T PAY SUBSCRIPTION PS/CC, AS MEMBERSHIP MANAGER LEADS TO "ERROR".
Photoshop CC subscription expired because I got a new bank card... I now need to use it, then clicked on the Photoshop app icon - and I learned my subscription has to pay.
The pop-up gives me three options (1) new try - useless. (2) quit - useless, or (3) click the "subscription manager". See below.
Obviously, my only option is to click on the link... but it only led to this message "error:"
What's my next move? Need this app back ASAP, I deadline on some work tomorrow...

You can try to reset the DRM store, but you will lose the license for any protected media you have, and may not be able to access. Unfortunately, this may be required if Overdrive is unable to help.

The subscription applies for the length of time, it is agreed that when you buy it. As you have found, there is no provision to put on hold and then resume at a later date. If it is a subscription to the month, as opposed to an annual subscription which is paid monthly, then you can cancel anytime without penalty (or refund).
