  If by "all tables", you mean all the tables/views in the database, including those in the SYS schema (such as V$ session) SELECT ANY TABLE are not enough. To display tables/views of SYS, you may need to look into SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE or SELECT ANY DICTIONARY. For security reasons, I prefer to create a role and grant select necessary findings and then grant this role to the developers.

  If we question dba_tables we can list the tables of prodsoa_bam, but if we execute a query on the tables that we get an ORA-00942 error.

  Someone suggested a work around?

  try using double quotes. It seems that your table name is case-sensitive (which I do like):

  Perhaps your problem may be the same as this bug fixed and connected very recently:
  Bug 14530780 - TRIGGERCODE of ANOTHER SCHEMA NOT VISIBLE IN THE BROWSER, HOWEVER SEARCHABLE IN SQLWORK

  But the story of bug never pretends it's a regression, so presumably that also it would have been a problem in previous versions.

  Yes, this page is a page of the child of a model - which is why you see the majority of it gray.

  I don't have time to go through everything, but I would say that there are a few tags opening and closing which are incompatible - and therefore the reason why you don't see the whole page as expected.

  If you don't have the original file from TPL (template file), then you're going to have to recreate the whole page - in fact, because of all the mistakes, I got sugest recreate the whole page again.

  It seems to be a mixture of coding-MS Word or something as well.

I could see messages from them before, but they changed their address and on the site, they say people that they must put the new address on the approved list of the pop-up windows.
