can't sighn in my cloud i e-mail account

When asked to sign on my icloud email account it will not take my user name and password.  How can I fix it?

You can try the following steps:

  • Restart the device by holding down the power button until the power down slider appears.
  • Try entering your password somewhere else (i.e. When you use a different wifi network)
  • Reset all the settings (settings > general > reset), this resets some of your settings to factory default. It is not a complete withdrawal of the parameters. It deletes all of your preferences for Wi - Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb, Notifications, general, sounds, brightness & wallpaper and privacy. It does not remove your data.
  • Try connecting to iCloud and returned (only if find my phone is disabled)

If this does not help your best option maybe contact the Apple ID Support, to speak to an operator, you must explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, that way you can be attributed to the assistance, even if you do not have an AppleCare plan.

    Try if it works. It does for most people, but one of the posters said recently he did not for him or her.
    Start button > run > type /resetnavpane outlook.exe in the box > OK

    Note (space) between exe and / '.

    If you do not have the option RUN, use the start search box instead.

    You had bought CC on March 4, 2014,

    The creative individual cloud you can be activated on a machine, as a CC allows two activation, up to now, it is activated only once.

    In the future if you change machine, you will first need to turn it off & then re activate on another machine.

    About the cloud site license creative, it can only be installed via the package (CCP) & it is a volume license product, it can be used only on the computer on which it is installed.

    If you are a creative cloud for the user of the team, then you can simply remove the user from the administration console, invite each other to be a member of the team. If it is the individual subscription creative cloud then I'm sorry to say but you can't transfer the account to another.

    Hello.  I've worked for a company and access enterprise server needed to receive e-mails from company on my Curve 9330.  When I need is more capability, I called my provider, Sprint and cancelled my plan Enterprise Server and was able to set up a personal email account.  I need to recharge the phone to the default values and now when I go in the installation program to configure a personal e-mail account I only get the option.  When I select the email icon I automatically join in a sign 'no active account' and wonder of my enterprice account activity by providing an email and a password.  I don't have these and my personal e-mail id and password do not work.  I looked through the forums and follow the suggestion which has not solved the problem.  I also called Sprint and confirmed I have more company on my account/plan, in addition to checking with my local cable/internet provider that they do not cause the issue.  I rebooted the device 3 times today and have not made any progress.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

    With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile provider for official support... but, this time, not only ensure that BES is deleted, but the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) is active, this is necessary in order to have personal email accounts on your BB device (as well as many other owners of BB services).

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not configure the IMAP e-mail account

    I'm trying to update the password IMAP on a Bold 9700, a process I did several times in a recent past.  However, on this particular device, I can't even on the menu for e-mail accounts.  Every attempt causes the message to ianane OS; "Your device had a problem connecting to the server."  I'm then to try again (an endless loop) or cancel.

    I think it has something to do with my ISP (AT & T) because I had similar symptoms on another device (same model, w/o business security policies).  I was able to fix on the other device by removing the books of IMAP Service and then by doing a hard reset.  It does not work for BB problem.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
