  In addition to the above answer, even if your computer supports booting from a usb key, based on my experience, it is easier to use a cd rom. usb Flash drives can be very difficult to use to install windows. I did a couple of times but not without problems. If the computer you are using is able to boot at all, and you do not have a cd rom USB that you can try to install windows over the network.  Install windows from a flash drive is a long process. $30USD for a usb CD-ROM.

  If you have an old XP PC with only 1 GB of RAM, it is not likely to Win7 or 8 to run at all.

  If you buy a new computer, you can downgrade (people feel it is really an upgrade) to Windows 7 only if you have Windows 8 Pro. It is not normally sold on consumer machines.   You can find all the converted files in the files tab to "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" and find the original PDF in the same place.
