Cancel and refund my subscription

The latest Lightroom updates became me angry. Reluctantly, I went with the subscription under the impression of the regular updates (which actually make the software better, not more unstable or dumbed down) and earlier get new features as they become available. As it happened, with the latest updates to Lightroom, I got the features that I use on a daily BASIS removed.
This is unacceptable. I also firmly believe that it is a violation of the agreement.
After I studied other alternatives, I want to cancel my subscription and also to get a refund for the remainder of my subscription. I went through the process with my account, where you recommend the 'Chat' option, but I can't find a link to the real cat, or by e-mail or other.

DC Pro Acrobat and Acrobat Standard DC subscription has not yet been canceled or refunded.
Been made to jump through hoops for weeks and subscription to DC and DC Standard Acrobat Pro Acrobat for it still has not been cancelled, or refunded. And another $24 has been removed from my account, because it took almost a month to get this resolved. I already bought and installed 5 Lightroom a year ago. However on the Adobe website they offer 5 Lightroom and Photoshop CC as a package of $9.00. I was wondering if I bought the monthly subscription, if I could cancel and always use Lightroom 5 program I have installed if I decide to cancel.

At any time if you decide to cancel the subscription of creative cloud (plan $9.99), you will always be able to use the Lightroom 5 stand-alone program that you purchased.
But with creative cloud subscription, you get a free upgrade to Lightroom to the current version which is Lightroom CC/6. If you upgrade your Lightroom CC catalog with the subscription and then, you wouldn't be able to downgrade this to Lightroom 5 catalog later.

I checked your account using the email address that you use in the forums - there is no recent purchases subscription (although it seems that you subscribed to ExportPDF in January). What service tried you to cancel?
You can cancel yourself by following the instructions in this document: cancel your subscription or membership. Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services (but please note that Adobe only offers refunds for cancellations that occur within the first 30 days of subscription).

- Tap 3 bar icon in the lower left corner
- Tap shop
- Press the 3 point icon in the lower right
- Tap restoration
- Close the BBM
- Open BlackBerry World
- Glisser slide down from the top of the screen, tap Settings
- Type general
- Click Refresh BlackBerry World
- Close BlackBerry World
- Open BlackBerry World
- Tap 3 bar icon in the lower left corner
