CANCEL my subscription and give me a refund!
I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I bought this to be able to export PDF files and it does not work after trying and troubleshooting. Please cancel and give me a refund as I bought only 11/5!
You not discuss Adobe here, mainly other users, that it at least does not want to take orders from another user. And this is the free forum of reader, so I don't know what refund you expect to receive.

An application does not work, the "assistance of the developer page" link provided by itunes is broken, and email provided by the application developer's sole means of support, but no response in 3 weeks to multiple addresses.

To stop renewing, login to your account (for example by tapping your id settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad, or by clicking on your name / icon to the top right of the iTunes on iTunes on your computer screen), and go to the iTunes in the cloud Section - see to halfway down this page: subscribe to iTunes game - Apple Support
In terms of refund, try to contact iTunes Support and see if this will change (purchases are considered final), either via http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

Recently, I was in contact with customers via online portals for updating my billing payment method. What is happening now is that Adobe took the money ($449.99) of my new card, cancelled my subscription and denies that there is no record of this transaction. I contacted customer support several times and asked me to wait a few days to review it and never come back to me. It is not good enough, as far as I'm concerned, it's flight and I need a higher level of support to solve this hurt.
Please help, I don't know what to do a. I want to be able to reuse the adobe products.

Cancellation of subscription and get a refund
I need a subscription to the month for only a month. In the process of cancellation of the subscription today at the end of the month, I find that I'm already charged for the second month. I went to the chat support and there was no room for manoeuvre while being able to unsubscribe immediately and request a refund of the 2nd month for which I was charged. I was told by the representative of the conversation that they would give me a free month... but he should immediately follow the 2nd month I pay for (and need not). Nor will it take the free month. So, I decided to call the phone number provided. The automated operator says that my wait would be about 1 minute. After 20 minutes, I disconnected the call. Does anyone have a similar experience to this trying to get a refund?

I cancelled my subscription and I myself support-why?
I cancelled my subscription to InDesign March 11 after previously trying to cancel it. I bought the product on February 11 on a per month basis. I was reviewing it for my employer who pays me. I can't afford an extra month costs AND I cancelled it on time after previously trying to cancel! The representative on the phone was completely useless and said that my case would not have attached notes so he'll just get rejected. It feels like 'customer service' does not mean anything at Adobe.

Is there anyway I can cancel my subscription and cancel the huge tax?
I tried to cancel my subscription because I barely use the software and I'm not even going to be a student again, above all that its quite expensive. I would be very well pay the next episode, either, as long as I can cancel it. But for some reason, it is designed to have an outrageous fee that makes no sense? I don't have the money or any use for it but I've always charged as if I used it, and then I wouldn't even be able to use any software, even if I wanted to? It makes very little sense... I'm sure you are all about the ideal subscription but - is - possible possible to avoid this?
