• Cancellation of subscription and get a refund

  I need a subscription to the month for only a month. In the process of cancellation of the subscription today at the end of the month, I find that I'm already charged for the second month.  I went to the chat support and there was no room for manoeuvre while being able to unsubscribe immediately and request a refund of the 2nd month for which I was charged. I was told by the representative of the conversation that they would give me a free month... but he should immediately follow the 2nd month I pay for (and need not).  Nor will it take the free month.  So, I decided to call the phone number provided.  The automated operator says that my wait would be about 1 minute.  After 20 minutes, I disconnected the call.  Does anyone have a similar experience to this trying to get a refund?

• Adobe had not authorized payment, after that I cancelled my subscription and will not repay. It's the flight!

  I cancelled my subscription this morning and received a confirmation email saying. A few hours later, I received an email saying that my account has been reactivated, which I do not allow!

  I know it's due to lack of paypals to send payment after I cancelled and not allow myself to stop payment but I do not allow my account be reactivated. I had a discussion with a Sanjay in the cat and he just kept saying I should read the terms and I wasn't within 14 days of the renewal.

  I expect Adobe to manage this better honestly.

  Contrary to what say your words, I was not aware before billing, or me I sent an acknowledgement of receipt. My e-mail address is correct. I cancelled my subscription by following the instructions in the box account and want to be sure that a refund is given.

  I tried to cancel my subscription because I barely use the software and I'm not even going to be a student again, above all that its quite expensive. I would be very well pay the next episode, either, as long as I can cancel it. But for some reason, it is designed to have an outrageous fee that makes no sense? I don't have the money or any use for it but I've always charged as if I used it, and then I wouldn't even be able to use any software, even if I wanted to? It makes very little sense...
