Cancel my subscription to InDesign from month to month

Hi team,

I admit that your site is an absolute joke. I went to loop around and try to cancel my subscription, unable to talk to someone on a chat room, because the option 'aid' brings me to this page of the forum. When I tried to buy a subscription there people available immediately and push me to purchase a plan.

I have to cancel my subscription because I'm not using the software and the account that you are currently money debitting of is about to be closed. I find it interesting that you don't have an Adobe General help Forum, so I hope that my message isn't getting lost in a community of designers.

Please Cancel my subscription as soon as POSSIBLE. I tried to follow your instructions, you put online and told me I have nothing to cancel, which is interesting since I'm debitted each month.

It looks like that your subscription is associated with an Adobe ID different than that you connect to.

Please sign out and then sign in with the same Adobe ID you used to sign up for the subscription.  When you do this, you will see the chat/phone support option and can get help with your subscription.
