Cancellation/change my subscription - Chat does not

Hello
I would like to cancel/change my subscription. All the help pages and pop up tell me I need to do with the support, which, at least in Germany, is only available in cat. But the cat does not. There is nowhere to enter the chat, there is no phone number, nothing... How can I QUICKLY contact anyone of the Germany from Adobe?
