  I am designing the text html only IE: font, color, size. The only method I know is to highlight the text and then go to insert > Html > text objects. This method is tedious and time consuming.

  I don't no the arguments or reasons as to why I should be using CSS, I'm just looking for a solution to disable the design with HTML and CSS. I use Dreamweaver CS5.

  The option to disable CSS has been removed from Dreamweaver CS4. CS5 is the same.

  If you have a strong need for the use of font tags, open the favorite category of the bar/panel insert, right click and select customize Favorites.

  In the dialog box that opens, select HTML in the menu of items available. At the bottom of the list, you can find fonts Tag Editor. Highlight it, and then click the double chevron to move it in the right panel. Click OK to insert the font tag editor in your Favorites.

  You can use tag editor of text fonts with font style tags.

  The alternative is to use the CSS inline styles that can be created using the menu rule target in the property inspector when on the left, the CSS button is selected.

• I have improved my 5s to 9,32 now my text and ring tones do not work if my phone is locked.  Why?

  I recently did the 9.3.2 upgrade on my 5.  Now when my screen is locked, I don't get all tone when I receive a text.  Also, I have a hit or miss with ringtones when the screen is locked.  If my phone is unlocked, I hear them both.  I tried to reset the text and ring tones, but it did not work.   Check the settings > do not disturb. If it is enabled, disable it.

  If the problem occurs in normal mode but not safe mode, why not try disabling Firefox to use graphics hardware acceleration? As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.

  You cannot limit the phone to only send SMS and calls, but you can stop using the offending apps. Go to settings > general > Restrictions and set a restriction password. Then turn off Safari so they cannot browse the web, "Apps installer" and all the other options you want. Remove all third party apps unwanted from their phones, and then they will not be able to reinstall if "Apps installer" has been disabled.

  The provided article shows how to disable behaviors of browser default using JavaScript, especially the preventDefault method available on each key event.

  You should be able to disable text selection, if you copy the following into your page JavaScript code.

  document.addEventListener("touchstart", function(e) { e.preventDefault(); }, false);
  document.addEventListener("touchmove", function(e) { e.preventDefault(); }, false);
  

  Note: This will also disable other behaviors that you might not for your application - or you can (for example the code snippet above will disable also pinch in the zoom and scroll.)

• Windows 8 cursor jumps in the existing text and continues to type here rather than the finish line that I am on, anyone else spotted the same thing?

  Just upgraded to Windows 7 to 8, using MS Office Word 2010, worked well on Win 7, but now type text and the cursor suddenly jumps into the existing text and continues typing, rather than the finish line that I'm on.  Thought, I was accidentally touched for touch pad or other keys, so now consciously look for this but can find nothing on my part.  Have experienced it before with a processor OS Linux and Open Source, when the OS has been updated.  Think there may be a loophole to WIN 8.  It also happens when keying in the screens like this, that has happened twice while here. Someone else spotted the same thing?  Or is it just me?

  Also, anyone know how to disable "Open Tap" on the Mouse touchpad of the notebook, its annoying, I could disable in WINDOWS 7 but cannot know how Win8.

  above mentioned just in case anyone has the same problem. The site recommend to go with the hardware vendor's website, but ASUS has wrong driver, one of the above works fine.

• Text to voice

  I use 9 Captivate at work.  I have installed text to voice.  It's weird.

  I noticed that when I play the audio that you don't hear the words.  When I play it as a project, sometimes you can hear every word.

  • For example, the text is "Meeting Donna, deputy executive of Harvey."  All you hear is "Chief of staff."  I do not silence in front of the sentence so it won't cut words.  But in vain.
  • Another problem: the blade is "Meeting Donna."  Then the above sentence is the first sentence of the audio.  On this particular slide, I hear 'meeting Donna.  Answer to Donna. "I have deleted and re - recorded audio several times.
  • I don't want closed captioning.  I should have checked top (where you see the audio and TTS symbols).  Alternatively, just check every line of the audio.

  I've looked everywhere in the Acrobat Reader DC preferences but I couldn't find an option to display email addresses in PDF documents as a normal text and not as a link, which, if you click on start microsoft outlook, that is not my e-mail client and besides, I don't want to start anything I want to only copy the email address and the link, it is just very annoying.

• Slide 4 LR seems to disable Dock and interfere with the upper tool bar

  After the upgrade to 4 LR, I found that a slideshow I created in LR 3 had lost most of its features, including the music and the text associated with it.   Try to hit that the 'F' key a couple of times to scroll through the options of window size. My guess is that you change Lr in full screen or full screen with menu mode. Using the 'F' you should cycle throug the 3 options screenmode. The dock must be available in at least one of the views. As the toolbar above, click the triangle to open the context menu and choose 'Manual' (see screenshot below).

  They have a few buttons, which can stack above a 3D annotation. You can put a lot of stuff above 3D (and other Rich Media) annotations, like other annotations, content on layers, etc., but to draw a link or a button, the annotation must be in a disabled state.
