Cancellation of subscription problem
There is no means to cancel my subscription to lightroom by myself.
I expect more than 20 minutes to call support, but no one answer me.

Hi, I cancelled my subscription to the cloud creative adobe by cancelling on the Web page. But I (for my error) do this after canceling the automated billing of Paypal (after I saw that I had not already canceled and panic cancel).
Does anyone have an idea of how I would go about setting up the payment system once more so I can erase the money I have to pay?

I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and found that your Adobe PDF export annual subscription is already cancelled.
If you get the CHAT message is closed then, it's a browser problem as the CAT is service 24 x 7, please try in another browser or reset your browser and and try again, it should help.

Can't cancel my subscription to adobe creative cloud
Hey all, this is really starting to stress me, and I was sent here by the system.
My problem is that when I go through all the steps to cancel my subscription to Cloud Adobe Creative, I get the last bit and am told to select chat options or call, but it does not either option, I signed up as you can see in the first photo I downloaded, and then when I click on the need to always help button it does nothing , but the option to go to the forums as you can see in the second picture. It's almost as if Adobe beats around the Bush to try to keep a membership that I don't want me.
I try all this on a mac and I tried it on Safari and Chrome, both give me the same results.
I have attached the photos to back up what I mean, I really want this subscription cancelled now because it's taking money that I don't have a spare.

I can't cancel my subscription through you, menus. Please do it for me as soon as possible. I use a PC and scrolls all menus possible to try to sort the problem on mine, which I was not able to do.
