  uninstall your cc desktop app and all programs installed via the desktop app and cc and those who were part of your subscription to the cc not pre-authorized.

  clean your computer of cc, use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  start a program of cs6 and if an option to use it as a trial or of the license, click on the license.  Enter your serial number when prompted.
