  You told us little about other than his mark (GPU) graphics card.  This is almost certainly the problem.  3-d element requires fairly high-specced graphics cards as all the processing is done by the GPU.

My problem is that whenever I have apply the 3d glasses effect I can listen to extracts it is fine until I click on save. When I try to save the project after you apply the 3d glasses effect to my left and right eye in my MASTER comp, just After Effects comps quit unexpectedly and does not save the project. When I try to open the project he said then that there was missing data in the file.

• First CC exports down, Media Encoder CC crashes, after effects cs6 to cc composition

  We are working on a project formed by many one hour episodes each episode.

  We have also many clips that come for the first according to dynamic links to thinking effects (masks that hide unwanted items, that sort of thing).

  The fact is that we decided to update for cs6 cc, and hell was released...

  We have converted first cs6 CC, as well as each premiere project file project and many clips coming from legacy work has been altered, we see that we could hide, other elements of the image fly is totally distorted by something which before was a mask... a lot of the book is in ruins... and it is not easy to detect because sometimes are few parts of the image. It's as if someone played with our compositions... If we reopen the cs6 version just before conversion for cc, everything is fine, after chaos... the problem is that we return to cs6, we will lose a month and could be critical...

  When whe export in different formats (720 p, 1080i, .mov, mpeg2, mpeg4, blu ray...) we have had success 1 time every 10 (normally it get's stuck in a picture or it appears a first error message), and if it managed to export, the export has strange artifacts as parts green or purple of the image we cannot see in the timeline panel , and disappear if we export only the affected part of the timeline...

  None of these things has happened before with cs6, anyone has the same problem? is there a solution? We are really disappointed with CC, it is very unpleasant to begin to see Ant far-out stuff we had hidden, especially because the changes are not obvious and difficult to detect.

  Do not change in the middle of a project.  Only launch new projects in the new version.  This is even more important when it comes to dynamic links.

• After effects CC starts to hang after CPU changed?

  Currently, I have the latest version. Yesterday, I could always use After Effects without any problems whatsoever. But today, I changed my CPU of 3570K to 3770K. And then all of a sudden, open a project, then playing with the space bar crashes after effects.

  First down:

  1. create the project.

  2 import a film of mov.

  3. drag the images to new computer.

  4. (do nothing) export as Adobe Media Encoder queue.

  5. (in the SOUL) Preset: H.264, high Preset, coding.

  6 10 minutes later, the TEA has stopped working.

  Second meeting of Crash:

  1. create the project.

  2 import a film of mov.

  3. drag the images to new computer.

  4. (do nothing) playing footage (SPACEBAR).

  5. a few seconds later, after effects CC 2015.2 has stopped working.

  At first I thought that perhaps my Overclocking is not stable, so I reset my OC then try again.

  Without newspapers accident no one can tell you a lot. The simple truth is probably that you don't update your motherboard drivers and management power and cause a compatibility issue.

  This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

• Aerender crashing and submit jobs outside of After Effects

  I'm having a little trouble I have seen that a few others have had, but I was hoping if someone could shed some light on this particular issue.

  I am using BGRenderer for a while, but in the last two months, he couldn't communicate or send it's work to serenader, which results in an error in the command line that says what AE crashed.

  I discovered thanks to BGRenderer that something is up with aerender and even at base level to hang around and let fall a project with a queue make outcomes executable aerender in the next window and EI crashing instantly. I can make in After Effects very well, but would like to see if I can diagnose this problem since I use aerender from outside the application, particularly in regard to the using BGRenderer, would greatly accelerate my project makes.

  Things I've tried are:

  Installation of After Effects, with no other third party plugins installed costs

  A very basic model with just a solid rendering

  Rampage of the AE preferences

  Install the latest version of AE (2015.3) and try on that (the crash occurs between several versions of the EA, including the 2014 CC)

  I'm on Windows 10 machine, using AE CC 2014 and 2015, and, if applicable, a NVidia GTX 980 graphics card. My thoughts main issues are if there is a problem of specific permissions or any other task which may be blocking or ability to aerender to render outside the application of the shutdown process.

  Hello, can someone tell me how I can send several files with aftermath of first pro and have the changes appear in the cut sequence in first pro after the backup? I would like to have my changes remain the same, but also like to be able to change them.  Is it possible to send the. MOV file and make it appear in the order that I already spent hours of editing?

  In addition, after creating a new composition in sequels, the film does not show in the preview window Comp. I'm sure it's a newbie thing, but can you please tell me what the H am I doing wrong? See the photo below.

  You can have many compositions of AE related dynamically in a Premiere Pro sequence. Just select an item (or multiple clips) in the Assembly of the sequence, right-click, then choose replace with After Effects Composition.

  Note: this is not how I would do, but that's what you ask and a lot of people do it this way.

  I just usually copy and paste clips from first in an AE project, working on it in AE and then make it in an intermediate codec in AE render queue and bring back the file obtained in the first.

  Again, I'm not quite clear on what you're asking. You can certainly do AE work and drop it in your Premiere Pro sequence.

  I'm not sure. Move your time indicator current far in your composition.

  It might behoove you to read the help on work with Premiere Pro AE file.
