  I got the help of Adobe support, they sent me another link to download Adobe App Mgr It was apparently a network problem but, and it was resolved after a few re-tent.

  This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

  Hello, recently bought the script of GEOlayers mapping software.

  It allows you to import a gpx with card ways and directions that you can turn into stokes and layers to animate on a map of form.

  My legacy crashes after the creation of the stokes occurs from the imported GPX file.

  This is the error:

  After effects WARNING: unknown BIB error. Unknown error Bravo, BRV, 0 (83::3)

  Layers GEO claim that it isn't their problem because it's an effects after crash, not their plugin script software to malfunction.

  I googled the error, but did not get a lot of useful answers. I've been using After Effects for many years, and it seems like a generic error type.

  Anyone know how I can begin to solve this?

  I use the latest version of Adobe AfterEffects CC and upgraded to windows 10 about 3 weeks ago. I have no way of knowing if windows 10 is to have an effect because I only bought layers GEO software in the last days.

  In the future, when you update, make sure that you don't let the default settings to remove your old versions: Creative Cloud offering more choice for Installations

  It's really stupid, but this is the default value.

  I have CS5, CS6, CC, 2014 and 2015 CC CC all installed on my computer at home. I'd be crazy if I forgot to uncheck this box and it uninstalled most of them!

  Just in case someone comes across this thread with a similar problem, my Department has been able to solve the problem by updating some drivers.  You don't know if they were for the video card or the CPU or what, but make sure everything is updated outside the Creative cloud if you have similar problems.  I didn't have administrator privileges to try this solution myself, unfortunately and my TI can be hit or miss on Mac, but it seems that this did the trick.  Happy editing!

  HOLY CRAP, I finally thought to it and SOLVED my problem! Turns out to be such a solution simple but which has not been suggested here, but from another thread where someone else had the same problem.

  The answer was found through this thread, Re: Adobe after effects closes on start!

  Using the method of InDesign (101 troubleshooting: replace, or 'trash' your InDesign preferences), and an extra step not mentioned on this thread to delete the record of Cache for AE, my problem was solved!

  So overall, it was a matter of preference, but still deeper than that, it was a question of preference being cached. I hope this helps.

  I don't know why it does this, I used it all week and it worked very well until the chance yesterday afternoon.  I use a 2012 retina Macbook Pro with a processor clocked at 2.6 ghz, 8 GB ram, 500 GB of Flash storage and a graphics card from Nvidia CUDA with up-to-date drivers.  I know that's not ideal, but I'm doing the best that I got.

  I have never even activated the Ray-Tracing before, is there a way to simply remove the plugin?  Once the effects is critical to my work, please help!

  update after effects CC (12.2) and After Effects CS6 (11.0.4) updated include corrections and OptiX library for rendering 3D traced to the RADIUS changes that make VRAM handles better, prevent accidents and improve the experience in this area.

  There are also patches for the problems of fonts described later in this thread.

• Saving files from After Effects to CC for use on other machines.

  I am very very new to After Effects, so I'm sure there is a simple solution to my question.  I recently attempted to save a file from After Effects on Dropbox to transfer easily to another machine, however when I went to open this file on the new machine, several documents in the file, it was missing (png, fonts, scripts etc...).  I suspected that the reason for it is because the png and the fonts were used by AE as they were stored on the original machines and have not actually imported (or copied) in the AE file, so when I went to open the file on the computer again the files were missing that they were not installed on the new machine (is this correct?).  If I record the creative cloud AE files will be I experience this problem? I'll be able to open the AE files on another computer that does not have fonts reference, PNG, jpeg etc. available?

  Yes, AE projects contain only references to external resources. That's why you should pack in full e.g. usind the option collect files. The procedures do not differ to any method that you use, so you better get used to and organize your work in a way so it can be transferred easily.

  When to (for example), Illustrator and AE program seems to have a greater likelihood of crashing. I was not able to determine exactly why this is happening.

  Huh! I should have checked the settings correctly. It is a facility relatively new compared with at home.

  Hello, I am trying to edit a project on sequelae and everything opens fine, but when I go on change and move in the panel mounting, I get reports of incidents and the program closes or is unresponsive. I have an Alienware PC, with 32 GB of ram and a 4 GB video card. Shouldn't have any restrictions PC.

  Well thank you for the very positive response. I find the answer to my system. For someone else, problems with the GAL/response of their system when using After effects. There is a control system that you can set in the AE to ensure it gets enough ram and uses all cores of your CPU.

  My After Effects (11?) cs6 won't open on my imac 2011 21.5 mid. I have been released, she and the rest of the production premium suite for about a year now and have no problems with them so far.

  I have an AMD Radeon HD 6750 m 512 MB graphics card (I think, I don't really know a lot about the components of the computer) and have not had a problem running AE on it before.

  I tried unistalling and reinstalling, but the program still does not work. I did the update for them and they do not always work.

  I don't know what could cause this problem because it was working fine on Tuesday last week, but when I came in Wednesday and tried to open it this message apperared. I didn't run some updates for what anyone all night.

  I was see a lot of people with this error message after they tried to install CUDA on their AMD graphics cards. If you have done this, what is the problem. CUDA is NVIDIA technology and it will really screw with a computer that is using an AMD card. Read this.

  Also, what version of CS6 are you running? 11.0.4? all 11.0.2?
