Cannot access administrative controls on my Windows 7 PC

I've been hacked and concluded a group on a network that does not allow me access to administrative controls for the automatic updates of Windows. How to access MY PC, remove me from this group of network and protect my PC from allowing access again?

Hello

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community

We understand your problem and will try to help you with this problem. Please confirm to me:

  1. The user of your account using the account administrator is?

  2. Is it the computer home port or professional computer as on the domain?

  3. How do you know that you have connected to any group of network?

  4. How you deleted your PC from the network group?

As a first step that you think that your PC has been hacked I suggest refer you to the article mentioned:

https://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/security/online-privacy/hacked-account.aspx

I suggest you make sure that your PC is free of any infections I suggest you use Microsoft Safety Scanner

Run the Microsoft safety scanner.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

I hope this helps. If you need help with Windows, let us know and will be happy to help you.

  • Massage "cannot Access Volume Control!" on my Satellite L20

I have this strange problem on my laptop Satellite L20-100 with Windows XP Pro pre-installed.
When I turned on the laptop this morning I got this massage WARNIG: "Can t Access Volume Control!", then I noticed that the (Windows) Volume control icon does not appear in the system tray of taskbar.

Generally, the sound works under Windows. When I go to control panel-> sounds and devices Audio-> Volume V is marked near the "place volume icon taskbar", I tried to deselect and score again. It still does not appear, if I can change the volume here (Panel-> Sound) and Audio-> Volume devices and it works, but when I try to change it with Fn + up/down the whole bar is red because he does not see the sound card or something.

I tried to reinstall the audio driver, nothing happens.
This actually happened before, the first time that reinstalling Windows helped, I think.
Anyone have any idea what should I do? Thanks in advance...

I can't play one by using Windows Media Player. I tried to add my music files to WMP library without success.

I can't play music from my music library.

    Hello

    1. don't you make changes on the computer before the show?

    Method 1:
Run the troubleshooter in Windows Media Player and check.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-Windows-Media-Player-library-Troubleshooter

    Method 2:
This problem can occur because the Windows Media Player library database is corrupted.

To resolve this problem, delete the Windows Media Player database. To do this, follow these steps:

    a. exit Windows Media Player.
    b. Click Start, run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player and then click OK.
    c. Select all files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.
Note: You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.
    d. restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:

    a. exit Windows Media Player.
    b. Click Start, click Run, type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft and then click OK.
    c. Select the Media Player folder, and then click on Delete on the file menu.

  • Cannot access administrative processes on an administrator account

This long and arduous problem started when my pc has accidentally lost power while running, somehow the CAP came out, and I had to reboot my system. Although this may not have been the exact cause of the problem at the time started so I'm expecting some how it would be the indirect cause of my problem. After rebooting my system, I noticed that I could not go on the internet, I found the reason for whatever my system date and time has been reset when microsoft set the time and date for my version of windows, so it wa sort of time in 2008. then I tried to set it to the correct date as I have when I first set up my system, so I click on the clock in the taskbar and try to click on change date and time setting and it wouldn't let me. I would click and he would have made related click sound but I would get an error message saying that I didn't have administrative right permissions. I thought it was really weird because I was the only user on my system and have so been administrator, I also had changes the same setting in the past. so I try to see if I'm an administrator Fraisse or if my user profile settings was corrupt or something and if I should make a new account and just use it. so I go into Control Panel and go to user accounts and family safety settings and try and go to the account control user to change setting to see what is happening with my account profile, then I try to click on it and nothing is happening as when I tried to change the date and time. im guessing this is a problem with my privacy and security setting so I do the

NET user administrator / Active: Yes
command and enter and change the date and time, then I try to change the setting of my other account in the user accounts and family safety settings but I still can not click on it. then I started clicking around and found that I could not see some files on my hard drive because of an another permission error and it was into the admin account at this stage I reboot everything and remove the extra admin account and try to find a solution, I was constantly change the permissions to folders and looking hkey data and change the hex values , until I realized that he was not running these files because there was something wrong with the windows photo viewer, so I check and change the properties of files to open using the picasa Photo Viewer and realize I had complete control after doing this. so that the problem slipped and after creating the temporary admin again I can now change the date and time on my account personal, although I don't know if this will still be the case if I disable the temporary admin account, but I still can't even click on the change user accounts and family safety settings in Control Panel. If anyone has any advice or diagnosis actions to help me to try and solve this problem that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

    Sorry for the late reply.

As you have changed the registry, so this problem could occur due to changes made to the registry.

I suggest you do a system restore by following the steps from the link below and check if it helps:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/features/system-restore

Note:  When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Hope this helps, get back to us if you need further assistance for Windows.

  • Cannot access administrator

I have problems to properly install CFMX 6 on Windows XP Pro SP 2.
After the reinstallation of CFMX I receive an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" when you try to access the CFIDE/administrator.

The problems started after I wiped my computer clean. I have installed and reinstalled IIS and CFMX6. I tried to use the port and who did not. I made sure that my anti-virus and anti-buggy other things have been disabled.

The documentation I've read at Adobe did not help me everything. It doesn't apply to me after opening the xml files.

    http://KB.Adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_18532
    < http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_18532 & sliceId = 2 > & sliceId = 2

Apparently the SP2 causes some problems. I'm a little depressed at the core of the problem. The JRun server is not accessed properly.
A site mentioned SP2 prevents the port scan so CF is unable to complete its installation. See

    http://cfblog.co.uk/index.cfm/2006/12/14/ColdFusion-installation-problems

It provides a piece of code which will (or should) do the scan on port 2920 only.

    C:\coldfusionmx7\runtime\jre\bin\java-DWSConfig.PortScanStartPort=2920
    -DWSConfig.PortScanCount = 1-jar C:\coldfusionmx7\runtime\lib\wsconfig.jar

Not knowing diddly about it that I asked a network guy if that makes sense. He thought so. :-/

Now, I hit another obstacle. A pop-up from macromedia JRun Web Server Configuration is displayed. He gave me an option 'Add', but then got an alert message that says: "could not connect to any JRun servers on host localhost." Confirm that the JRun server is started. "I hit OK and got the screen ' set up the Web Add Server who asked for the JRun Server properties:

    JRun host and JRun server.
    Now what?

    Thx for any help

Your startup programs: JRun 4 (Build 47304)
    It looks like CFMX 6.0.

Find cfmx 6.1 and install it. After setting up, he set up his updater1.

You can also format your drive, install windows 95 without any service packs or updates and then install cfmx6.0. (Just a joke, install cfmx 6.1 of the current operating system).

  • Latest version of Firefox (version 32) cannot access web sites. Using Windows 8.1 compatibility issues?

Firefox will automatically update to the latest version which is now the 32 version. I get the following error message: "Firefox can't find the server at us.data.toolbar.yahoo.com"preceded by "Sever not found" what is happening on any site web I'm trying to access. Reload version 31 Firefox works fine, but then it will be updated again.

Windows 8.1 is my operating system.

The latest version is 31.0 Firefox as the only way you would be updated to the current Beta build, which is Firefox 32.0b2 (b2 = Beta 2 as you can say six to 12 beta) build is if you were on the beta channel because of you install a beta version and that he continued to use it since. If you have installed the Firefox 31.0 is upgrade to 32.0b2 then the 31.0 you have installed is a Beta version (make sure the name of the file has not had to say 31.0b# because there were nine of betas) and not the Firefox 31.0 release say mozilla.org or https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

The typical reason for a new version (Windows) being not not able to connect after a new major version of Firefox update or install is usually due to a software firewall does not block the new .exe but it can stll have the previous version allowed.
