Cannot access emails via the mail application

I'm unable to access my account through the app, I connect but it says I already added that account but it won't let me not on simply add an account.

so I remove all the accounts and re add but get the same thing already added grrr!

Since it affects all 3 of these service accounts, I think we can rightly claim it is not a problem with the account and is probably a problem with the mail application directly.

Is that what you have already installed the 8.1 store update?  It fixes the problems more than 900, more than 60 are with the Mail app specifically.

    Thanks for posting your query in the Forums RT in Microsoft Windows. If I understand you correctly, you have a problem with saving an image with the mail application. I understand that it must be frustrating, but don't worry, we are here to help solve your problem and guide you in the right direction.

    In the Mail application, you wouldn't be able to do differently than the option to right click functions. The dialog box you get with the "save image under" comes to a browser. If you use Internet Explorer to check email, you'll get the option to click with the right button on a photo. In the Mail app if you want to download an image that was attached to the email, you can click on the picture to download and click it a second time to get the options to open or save.

    Root cause found for this problem.
    Actually, it was due to some changes in the key of register, found a solution with the information in the windows forum. Now, it has been resolved.

    You should thank Google and it is their e-mail account that is messed up.  They should provide a fix for this.

If I choose a new browser and it does not support my operating system. I have a HP touchpad but no browser options are compatible. I was able to access my mail from my touchpad several times before but now I can't because I keep being prompted to upgrade my browser.
