Upon reboot, I decided to re - check msconfig. In msconfig > Services he showed 165 points. All had a check in the box next to them. These 165 points, 56 showed as "ongoing" the rest showed as stopped. It would be useful that I specifically what were these 56 entries?

  I had the same problem on Mac OS. And I could not migrate the settings. Launch as resetting preferences suggest here, has not solved the problem. I had to go to the library main folder Preferences and reset the permissions for the file Photoshop CC 2014 paths Photoshop CC 2014 folder and Settings. I am disappointed that Adobe has shipped an upgrade with such a fundamental flaw. I think I should say something derogatory and disparaging about Adobe, quality control, on the way as a loyal customer, using Photoshop since version 2.5 and a Subscriber CC, expecting better.   It's normal.  You can not run a check disk on your system disk because your system is to use.  The Message you get should ask you if you want to run it at the next reboot.  You must answer 'Yes' to this message, and then restart your computer.  A disk check should take place as it is restarted.

  FYI: A check disk can take hours if you have a large drive or there are a lot of problems on the disc and you cannot use your machine while the scan is in progress.  Better to operate during the night.  Also, I got checkdsk completely erase the hard disk to the point where the only option was to reformat and reinstall Windows.  Make sure that your data available are well-supported before running Chkdsk.
