Cannot access the system files with permissions to access EFS and certificate are set correctly.
I am running EFS on a secondary internal hard drive on my computer Vista Enterprise SP1. I have been using EFS for a few months with no problems. Recently, when you try to access a number of files, I started getting access denied errors. I'm still under the same certificate with same file permissions that I was when I originally encrypted the files. Curiously, I can move, delete and rename files without problem, but I can not access, copy, or decrypt. I tried reseting the file permissions, nothing done. An excerpt from the command line:

IE is not uninstalled or reinstalled unless you have a version of Windows N/K/KN, these have been sold in Europe and Korea. It is a component of Windows Basic. Check your edition of Windows in the Control Panel, System. There K/N/KN after the name of the [Home premium etc] edition? If this is not the case then you have a standard version and you can unload or reload IE to Control Panel, View by - small icons Programs & features, Turn on or off Windows features Set / uncheck the box next to Internet Explore [for reload / unload],. Denis When I export a file from Photoshop CC 2015.1.1 in Lightroom, the "Edit a copy" screen does not appear. The image opens in Photoshop, I make the changes, press on save, close Photoshop and I went back to Lightroom with no new image modified either because it has never made a copy in the first place the new file edition is invisible (see below). Spent hours on the phone with Adobe and we theorized it was multiple copies of Photoshop on different drives. I physically removed all disks except one, and the problem remains. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have the latest version at all (it started with c. 2015.1.1). Photoshop 6 works very well and doesn't have this problem, although I have copies of 6 PS on several other non Adobe software players works fine too. If there is more than one custom "slot" for external editors in Lightroom, I wouldn't even post this question because I could bypass Photoshop CC entirely. But as it is, one of my two choices of editor external links Photoshop CC. Tip: If I put the file in the quick Collection, things are like the old days. I get the screen to export, a copy is created, modified in Photoshop CC and when Photoshop CC is closed, the modified version is visible in Lightroom. However, when I try to move the file edited in quick Collection in the folder where it belongs, Lightroom says that it's already there - which it may be, but it is invisible. P.S. I just discovered that it IS possible to specify more than one external editor, this is a temporary solution, given that I can use Photoshop 6 and like many other apps I want instead of PS CC. If Photoshop is the main editor in Lightroom, it will not ask to create a copy for raw images. After starting my PC from various applications (OutLook 2002, Management Studio of SQL Server 2008, etc.). I was able to connect to a server by using Remote Desktop (RDP, alias). On trying to connect to a second system, I started getting the following error message: The system cannot find the specified file. C:\WINDOWS\system32\
Will always be connected to the server, I tried to launch a second instance using RDP, but received the same error message. I googled the error and found different solutions (the best solution to examine ishttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itproxpsp/thread/164d1e0b-51e6-4201-9dc2-3f4a0ccb14e5), however, none of the solutions seemed to work. I tried checking the virus/malware, etc, but nothing was found. I tried to re - load the dll and the exe (s), but still not received the error message. The next solution was to try to see what can be changed on my system (new programs, etc.). I noticed there is an update downloaded to my system (C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log): AutomaticUpdates content success install successful and Restart required for the following update: update for Windows XP (KB969084)... the update is related to remote desktop. I rebooted the system, still not received the RDP error messages. Is I did a complete "install updates and shut down ', and then restarted my system that started working again.
