  Bookmarks have disappeared. Cannot add new bookmarks, import from another browser, open the previous bookmarks file. I tried the solutions in Help and troubleshooting without success.   The problem may occur if the folder settings were corrupted.

  Run the Fixit and check if the working folder customizations.

  I am trying to add a hypertext link to a MS Word document. When I build the project, I get an error "file not found". I tried to add the file as a file of luggage and it seems to work, (or the workflow seems to work) but the file does not appear as a file of baggage.

  your assets.index is maybe corrupted

  Try this:

  Quit Momentics

  go into your file system project and delete assets/.assets.index

  reopen Momentics

  do a refresh

  and clean up the project

  I'm doing a video, using first 14 elements.  Import most video files that I have on my hard drive without a hitch, but a whole, which are be a large, don't come through.  When I try to add them, I get the message "generic error".

  For me, they were sent as attachments in email, I then downloaded to my hard drive.  They are all MP4 files.  They have the following properties:

  Video

  Width of the frame: 720

  Frame height: 1280

  Data rate: 4878 Kbps

  Total flow: 4940 Kbps

  Rate: 11 FPS

  Audio

  Bitrate: 62 Kbps

  Channels: 1 (mono)

  Sampling rate: 44 kHz

  Size: 5.89 MB

  They are all in my download folder and play fine on my computer, but for some reason I can't their PE.

  I tried to get together the mov files, but has not made a difference.

  Any ideas/suggestions?  I appreciate any help that anyone may be able to offer.

  I recommend you to download the free program great handbrake.

  Handbrake will convert these files to MP4s with a constant rate and 30 frames per second.

  Error when try to add MP3s. Not a file valid music. Is a firewall issue or is broken LR or what? Still on trial, but need this function run before you buy.

  I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem - I was working very well on my folio in indesign and suddenly I am unable to add an article. all I can do is import that still works, however, why would this option off all of a sudden?

  I thought it might be a problem with my computer, but rebooting did not help. It is also not related to the particular folio, I was working on, the 'Add' button is also disabled for the new sheets. any idea is appreciated - thank you!

  The 'Add' button is enabled in the list of Article, if an active InDesign document is open to create an Article from. Do you have an open Active InDesign document to create Article of?

• Cannot add MOV file to 7 Captivate

  I want to insert a couple of video files taken on an iPhone - MOV format. I want to use them as video synchronized so that I can use text and voice more with the video through a number of slides. Captivate does not seem to recognize the MOV format. Don't see any information on how to convert it. Would be grateful for the help. Thank you.

  You can use Adobe Media Encoder supplied with Captivate to convert MOV to MP4 file.

  If you have windows installed on your computer security essentials, then you will not be able to install Windows defender. Windows Security Essentials has antispyware component installed.

  You get the error because you have installed MS Security Essentials, which has its own function to antimalware. You don't need or want to install Windows Defender, too. Leave MS Security Essentials installed and do not turn it off.

  I got a virus called XP 2010 antivirus, who kept asking me to buy their software. I did a security analysis of microsoft online, which didn't seem to help. I noticed that I am still unable to open wordpad, notepad, etc... Also unable to do a system restore (giving the window "choose the program you want to use to open this file. ("File: rstrui.exe").

  The same basic "choose program" window opens for almost everything on my computer, including Mozilla Firefox, all my antivirus software (including those suggested I download to fix this), add/remove programs, and I imagine many other programs just yet, I have to try.

  I tried to open "My computer" once and my computer to freeze to the origin. I once again and used ctrl alt del to see my process of and noticed a caled "cinemanowsvc.exe" process was running and associated with a software movie I got... so I told him to stop this process of visualization, and after doing so could open 'my computer '. I suspect that the virus may be in the cinemanow program and want to remove it... but I'm also not sure if this is my problem.

  A lot of the tabs on the lower bar, near the clock seem to be missing, and the computer seems to restart very slow... I have UBUNTU (almost Linux) on my hard drive that is partitioned and UBUNTU seems to have dropped the event.

  If you could help, that would be the most awesome of you!

  It is difficult to tell exactly how much damage has been done to the system and whether or not it is worth trying to fix or start over.

• Cannot add or remove files and folders to my favorites

  Since I transferred my favorites from my old computer to my new computer, I can't add new files in the folders I had, or remove files or files that were in the list.  If I use the option "Organize Favorites" to delete a file, I get a dialog box titled "file Access Denied".

  However, I have no trouble to add new folders or files to my favorites.  I also found that I can move the files from the old list of my favorites in a new folder, but to do this, I first get a dialog box titled "File Access Denied", saying: "you will need administrative permission to move this file.  In this box, there is an option to 'continue '.  When I click on 'Continue', I get another dialog box titled 'User Account Control' saying ' you want the following program to make changes to this computer?  When I click on 'Yes', the file is moved to the new folder.  This is all very frustrating.  Hope you have a solution for me.
