  Bookmarks have disappeared. Cannot add new bookmarks, import from another browser, open the previous bookmarks file. I tried the solutions in Help and troubleshooting without success. CCleaner doesn't work anymore when it comes to Firefox. I've used this for years with the problem. Everything else seems to work.

  Problem solved by synchronizing with my cell phone. None of the solutions in "Help" has solved the problem. CCleaner now work again.

  Hey, im not able to customize my films containing records. I want to add a file to display on folder icon concernd nd file is SM in the same folder. I HAV tryd method of database properties > customize. Click on file. It never works. so I found a difrnt, aftr doin of previous steps method I had to copy everything random file in folder nd delte concernd thn the file appears in the form of image folder. but nw aftr a few weeks all files r back to default... cannot redo of any process new nd

  The problem may occur if the folder settings were corrupted.

  Run the Fixit and check if the working folder customizations.

  When you click on the "Browse" button to select
  your .mp4 file... you won't see .mp4 as a choice.

  If you open the "Files of Type" menu window
  and choose "All files" you can select your .mp4
  file.

  Under "Content Distribution"... "Archive file".

  I guess your MP4 file's crash. But if ensure you that your MP4 file does not crash, try to download the codec pack (link below):

  and try to reread your MP4 file.

• Cannot add MOV file to 7 Captivate

  I want to insert a couple of video files taken on an iPhone - MOV format. I want to use them as video synchronized so that I can use text and voice more with the video through a number of slides. Captivate does not seem to recognize the MOV format. Don't see any information on how to convert it. Would be grateful for the help. Thank you.

  You can use Adobe Media Encoder supplied with Captivate to convert MOV to MP4 file.

• Cannot add a file of baggage

  I am trying to add a hypertext link to a MS Word document. When I build the project, I get an error "file not found". I tried to add the file as a file of luggage and it seems to work, (or the workflow seems to work) but the file does not appear as a file of baggage.
  
  I tried to remove the link and recreate, I also tried remove the document from the source folder and add new. Nothing works. Help!

  Execution of media classic version 6.4.9.0 with Windows XP PRO with SP3 Version 3311.  These files ran before the recent windows updates.  I use Classic as a tool to learn how to improve my golf swing.  This is the only version where I can stop/reading/playforward and watch a frame at a time.  I have a file with Tiger Woods starts idling and I look to improve my game.  The error message indicates that the MP4 CODEC is missing.  Can update do I have to remove to make it work again or where I find the missing codec to download?  All other files are working except the MP4.

  As I said, it worked before without any problem.

  your assets.index is maybe corrupted

  Try this:

  Quit Momentics

  go into your file system project and delete assets/.assets.index

  reopen Momentics

  do a refresh

  and clean up the project

  When I claick on the star at the end of the address bar a pop-up comes [edit this Bookmar]
  But when I scroll the pointer to the folder option, the pop-up disappears.

  some poor Adobe Premiere Elements if there is for example simple bug in the software.  Waste of money for this software.
