  The another suggested remedy is to run the repair facility of in Adobe. I tried the above and connected the reinstall/repair, repair Adobe as well as the Control Panel Add/Remove programs.   1. open the INX files on your system - they will play in a new INDD file.

  2 export to INX.

  3. open this new and save as a "final" file

  It seems not only a more modern version to your use of the indexer (and thoughtfully sent you INX, because your CS3 can't open CS4 files), but a Middle Eastern version as well. Export locally to INX and opening again are a way to purge all unused information of a file; in this case, the file obtained probably exported with the notion of "use the ME Plugin", but it's a fair guess that your files do not need that at all.
