  I use first Elements 7 with Windows 8. It works great, when it works, but I regularly get an error message, ' Sorry year error has occurred "and closing the program automatically. This product only when I open it and choose to open a new project or an existing one. Once a project is opened I have no problem using it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but I still get the error message very often. I was wondering if it was because it is not compatible with Windows 8.

  Please try to run first elements 7 in compatibility mode.

  Right click on first elements 7 and click Properties.

  Click on the tab compatibility and check the option "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose the operating system such as Windows XP.

  Hey everyone, I am having trouble with the first elements 11. Whenever I have add data to this project, he bugs and the entire video becomes green.

  The video itself is not the problem, as I have tried with other videos. This just started to happen, it was fine before. I use Windows 10. I tried to restart the program to see if it would be fixed, but not luck. Any help would be appreciated.

  NVIDIA Shadow Play catches have had problems in the past with Premiere Elements. I realize you are facing at a before and after the situation. But I suspect that this is independent of the operating system and version of Premiere Elements. But the answer will be in the details.

  Think about download and install handbrake to get the H.264.mp4 @ version rate constant frame and then import this file in first 11 elements. Is the missing issue or?

  Premiere Elements does not do well with the video recorded with a variable rate. The symptoms are out of sync audio to not be able to import the file at all.

  Please confirm... are the current green imports into Premiere Elements of today project the same real files who worked before the 10th of Windows?

  If you want the 'context' to be black, and not Transparent, then you must first create a shape, size and the necessary location and set its black color. When finished, add your text in a contrasting colour.

  If you just do the regular title, it will create a Transparent background (even if it appears black in the Titler) and this is what you have, but not what you want.

  When I try to add a physical hard disk to a Windows 7 client on an Ubuntu host, I get the error: "insufficient permission to access file. This occurs if the drive is mounted on Ubuntu or not.   The photo library is not available for Pages ' 09. To get the images from your photo library, you launch Photos, select the image and then copy and paste into your Pages document. There is no support of drag & drop between Photos and Pages ' 09.

  The Photos and iPhoto (requires iPhoto v9.6.1) libraries are available in Pages v5.5.3 and later through the multimedia toolbar item. These insert a click a single image.

  Question for everyone.

  My laptop (with E.G. 8) is in the shop so I use my P.E. 7 edition on my home computer to create a simple project.  After attempting to add a clip of four circles (indeed, all 4 clips are very small, anyway), I get this pop up error:

  «Add a media error - there is not enough memory to add the requested media.»

  Now, I can tell you that on my computer, 90% of my work is sitting in an external hard drive of 2 terabytes.  I have over 200 GB of free space on my computer at home.  This new short project is one of the only projects currently sitting on my desk.  It is there no way that I'm out of memory.

  Currently, while typing this question on this forum, I defragment my hard drive and do a disk clean up.  Maybe my settings are disabled?

  Any ideas?

• Cannot open media in first Pro CC

  One of our users has a problem in first Pro CC at the opening of SOME media files. The files will be opened very well in OTHER parts (AE, media) if it disables the portion of cloud of the software files opened correctly in the first.
