If you decide to end a subscription of one year before the 12 month period, you will be charged 50% of the amount remaining on your contract.   I need help with my subscription Adoce CC. I'm trying to cancel it because I no longer use CC. However, my account refused to cancel the necessaries. When I go to manage my plans, I have a one month subscription and I chose to cancel it. The only thing that happens when I click on the desk is that the page reloads and refuses to cancel the subscription.

  I can't contact Adobe support through any means reasonable (email would be nice!). I didn't ave the opportunity to call during working hours since I work in fact during these hours. IF Adobe makes it absolutely impossible for me to get in touch about this by refusing to allow any kind of contact except phone or chatt.

  How can I get in touch with Adobe on this matter or cancel this monthly subscription? Because I don't intend to continue to pay for a program I don't want simply because the function cancel malfunctioned.

  Unfortunately there is no other means of communication other than chat or phone and they do work not the weekend.  You might be able to get a member of staff in this forum to help you if you can find one, but they will tell you only to make meetings through chat or by phone in most cases.
