  Assuming that your equipped of Windows Vista, follow these steps:

  Right-click on the desktop and select Customize

• Cannot change the parental control to my admin account. Error message

  When to my admin account, I was able to turn parental controls for UAS oin my children, but when I try to change the programs and other whatnot (so my 5 & 3 years can not access to Quickbooks, etc!) • You cannot change the background screen position

  Hello all, so here's my problem. I just bought a brand new HP Pavilion dv6-1264.
  and everything works smoothly except for a small problem.

  I can change my wallpaper very well, but windows is not letting me change how my image is positioned. Can I change a picture to the image, but it is always set to "fill" ("fit to screen" as they say). I can not tile it and I can't focus. I don't know about you, but sometimes a little boring after a while. Please help me find a way to solve this problem.

  I have restarted my computer several times. I deleted and re registered photos. and I changed my settings to its high of 1366 x 768 display at slightly below 1280 x 768. nothing works. If you have anything to suggest, it would be fantastic.

  You should not use hgroup here. Leave that as a h1 element.

  Right-click on the pasteboard, and you should have a choice of colours from timeline menu.

  I would add that you should have a file to open it or it won't work.

  If someone has changed the background color of the page 25 of the theme which is white, could you please confirm how this was done. Looks like the sheet is a sort of a DIV and not the background as such. Basically, the entire page is white, including the tab, mused to creates a custom CSS and who calls in the model once the CSS is called, so that this portion of color can be changed.

  I'm using Fireworks CS3 (Windows).

  I started with 3 elements - logo, text "WISR" and text "Announcements" - and created a PNG file (see below and attached files).

  I'm changing the background behind the logo and the text "WISR" to be transparent, but it won't change - he's stuck on white (FFFFFF).

  Note: The area behind the 'announcements' text is set to transparent.
