• cannot change character styles when importing text

  Hello

  I have a problem with the import of text and changing the font styles. Here's what I have:

  1. a form current livecycle with lots of text and fileds etc.

  2. a revised customer word doc

  the text I have to change appears in the grey boxes with white text (it comes in livecycle)

  the text that I copy of the word is regular black on white

  When I paste into my form it sells to black, filled it with a white (only in the new text) with the bad police.

  So I created a new style in the style catalog window. I select the new text, click on the style that I created, right click and select 'apply style' and... nothing.

  I can manually change the font and font color, but I don't see how to remove white box around this new text. More importantly, I have a lot of editing to do and if I can not change correctly the text that I have at hand type on every bit that is not normal.

  Is there a problem with the import of text in a word document? Or is there something that I am missing?

  With the help of ES4 passing

  sorted by copy all text in word doc in a basic text editor and remove all the formatting of it. I can then paste this text in LC and hey presto, change of styles works!

• Visual style of Windows has been changed?

  Two days ago, I downloaded and ran a program auto-cliquant (that's a silly game). When activated, I noticed a change to what looked like my screen. I was confused and looked closer program. I noticed it was a setting that says "Visual Style changes Windows for Windows XP". After I closed the program, the visual style has not changed back and I noticed that the photos and images in other programs and games have slightly, but significantly and aggravatingly pixelated. Although I updated my computer, and even did a complete system restore, the images are always noticeably pixelated. If it's just my paranoia or actual Visual styles, I don't know, but at least I would like to know how to know and/or repair.

• Cannot change the text style in the first 12 items

  In the first 12 items, it seems as if when I add a title and text and you want to change the style of it, which there are many choices, I can do it once or twice, but if I want to do with multiple texts, it does not work. After changing the style of some text once, or maybe two, it does not work yet. The text does not change when I click or double click on the style that I want to use. I have to close the software for each text and then reopen my project to be able to edit another and keep this. I do not understand why it works no more than one or two times?

  What you say is an old story that you may have missed.

  There is a default text Style / in space of work elements 12 Expert (not quick workspace). This flaw was corrected by updating your 12 to 12.1 via Help Menu/updates to date. Have you been there and done that?

• Visual styles in Windows 7

  Please keep in mind that I'm not the most experienced computer scientist out there, as you can probably vocabulary I use. If excuse ahead for any errors I will probably do that.

  I was trying to download some programs that required me to turn the Visual styles and turn it on to work properly. According to their instructions:

  • I first opened Panel and selected the Tools and information on the performance
  • From there, I clicked on adjust Visual effects
  • Not sure how to do exactly to disable Visual styles, I click Adjust for best performance and clicked on apply
  • My computer everything came back blocky, not modern style, not the elegant I was uncomfortable with
  • Not like this change (my computer is very slow, so the change was unnecessary), I chose the ball Adjust to improve the appearance, thinking that this would change me back to my old layout

  Well, he didn't. So my question is, how can I go back to the default layout for Windows? Thank you very much!

  Windows 7 laptop of my grandson, I'm migrating FIREFOX (excellent resource!) of my aging XP desktop. An existing Mozilla installation on the guarded device tries to connect to an ISP in Sydney (1000km) which kept out, I guess because the signal is too weak. Too far - on the Internet?

  Reinstalled my new ISP contact, reinstalled a fresh copy of Firefox, copied the old profile XP (just underneath the random string file name), but cannot change the fault. • Cannot change printers, reset failed.

  I cannot change my printer using Firefox. When I try to select another printer from the dropdown menu, the menu will close and I'm still on the printer I used. With the help of troubleshooting, I followed instructions to reset the printer. He failed. I have reset the default printer to a different printer through Windows 7 settings. He failed.
