Cannot complete setup CF in Dreamweaver

Beginners need help please.

After the tutorial of ColdFusion MX 7 to start the Studio 8 package (so it comes to developer version, if that makes a difference) I get stuck when I receipt statement click the link of the RDS in the Panel of Dreamweaver database log-in, after having tested the site server. I get the error "the server name or address could not be resolved. The possible reasons: 1. the URL specified for the test of the site server is incorrect: http://127.0.0.1:8500/CFIDE/laptop.org/gettingstarted/tutorial/2. The testing server can be configured correctly (for example ColdFusion may not run). "Test server it's OK. I checked to see if jrun.exe is running, I guess it is at least a way to see if CF is running, and it is. I can log into the CF Administrator and have created a password for RDS online, and I could then add cftutorial.mdb to the administrator. I am running WinXP.

I was able to go on in the tutorial to use the cftutorial.mdb in index.cfm sample, but at least that I can not connect, I can't display anything in the Panel of Dreamweaver database. Don't know yet what are the other problems that may arise in the future. Do not know why the developer version of the CF is not covered in the tutorial or why she and not a licensed version has been registered in the Studio. Seems of course they did this pretty long and hard. But what help and advice can be offered are greatly appreciated.

Too bad, all the world! Not that someone has responded in any case. Laughing out loud
Turns out that I must have screwed up at installation time. I checked the web.xml file in the inf folder and found that RDS has commented in two statements. Comments and I'm good to go.
