  CON is a reserved word and cannot normally be used as a folder name.  This also applies to: PRN, to THE, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9.

All this seems to work well.

  This could be a problem with the current data on the disk. I suggest clean you the partition info using the DD explained to the KB VMware: Troubleshooting in the add storage Wizard error: cannot read this disk partition information to see if that solves the problem.

  I have a PL/SQL function that reads a file generated by a product of part 3 - Windows product displays a single line of text. I intend to read the file into pieces of 32K, do some string manipulation and copy into a CLOB that I spend for further processing. He eventually embeded in a CLOB containing WordML and output to a file. The CLOB is not saved in the database.
  
  I use UTL_FILE for work, FOPEN and GET_LINE. However, this operation fails for files with more than 32K characters in the line. Is there another way I can read the file?
  
  Obviously I can do processing on the file outside the Oracle to divide it into smaller lines, however, this will affect performance.

I tried to add the user to the Administrators group, but still have the same problem.   Look at your settings on the international dimension of the A4: 210 and 297 are mm (millimeters) no cm (centimeters).

  change the preset to 'international' then choose A4, and set your dpi, which will give you dimensions 2480 x 3508 pixel pixels

However, when we are trying to replace the OldCore by the NewCore, the VPN connection does not come to the top. I checked the settings and they are all the same for OldCore and NewCore.   When I disconnect NewCore and replace it with the OldCore, the vpn connection comes back up without any problem.

  Just updated to VMware Fusion Pro 8 and having problems of shared folders.
