Cannot delete game SDK 1.4 compared to the Creative clouds
I deleted the files, but I can't remove it from my creative cloud.
too bad I had to remove the GSDK_1.4 folder and it is fixed

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
On Windows XP, go to the following location:
\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product of CC

I installed the new version of LIghtroom (2015) compared to the creative clouds. Creative cloud said that I installed the new version. However, the shortcut icon that has been installed does not start the new version. I also went on the link properties itself, but without success in starting. How to launch the new version?

I ve recently joined with someone else's and we decided to upgrade our package Adobe private / personal to company / team package.
We´re trying to figure out how to proceed. We found a button to upgrade, but it requires a serial number which we cannot find because we use only creative cloud (which for me does not look like it uses a serial number).So the question is, where is located the serial number?

Subscription to creative cloud don't require any serial number. To staff at a company (CTC) package, you will need to cancel the personal subscription and buy a subscription CTC (as admin and then invite remains a member of the team in the same subscription).
Best option would be to talk to our sales team that they would be able to get you up & running fast.

Cannot download muse of CC. Adobe A M has Muse as "up-to-date". No option to install Muse or other programs. A M Adobe shows that programs that are updated. It also shows that Lightroom is "up-to-date" and Lightroom can be found on my Mac or downloaded from the CC 'Apps' tab. Is there a way to get Adobe Application Manager to show the applications that can be installed?
First of all, download and install the latest version of Adobe Application Manager from the link below:

Mac: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
Your computer restarts, start AAM and check if you see all of the applications, including Adobe Muse now.
If this is not the case, click on your name on the upper right of the AAM and go to preferences, change the language and check if you get the option to install now.

Download normally up to 90 per cent, then rest indefinitely on 90 percent. After creative cloud restarts, download status goes to "undo...". "and stay like that forever. Was slaughtered like this for three days now...

How can I delete a file (asset) compared to the creative clouds.
I've seen several answers to this question, but so far none have allowed. It says to click on the "Trash" icon, but I don't see an icon to the trash. We told to go to the creative cloud in the Finder, but I don't have a creative cloud in the finder. I see 5 files in my creative cloud and I want to replace all. Help, please.
OK, I thought about it. I'm sorry. I had to move the files in the Archive. The Archive is where the trash icon appears. Once in the Archive, I could select them and then click the trash can icon.

My subscription is valid for only generated content of the mobile app?

Many files have disappeared. The files are there, but there is nothing in them. Also, I checked the folder to archive, and it is also empty.

While we are still investigating this matter, we suggest that you re start the creative cloud and CoreSync process. This can be done manually in the activity on the Mac monitor or the Windows Task Manager. A reboot of the system would also do the same thing.
We hope by doing this, your data which has been ransacked locally will then be re synced from creative clouds and return your synchronization to a normal state.
