Applications tab missing compared to the creative clouds on a mac
I tried to uninstall, clean everything in the preferences, but I do not see my applications tab in the creative cloud. Only, I can't download any application.
My laptop a DPP with Yosemite is new.

I've been using the photograph of the creative cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom + other stuff) since December. Works very well. Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
On Windows XP, go to the following location:
\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product of CC

The Creative cloud only window the list programs that the system is able to run. If some are missing, this may mean that the system does not meet the minimum requirements to run the applications.

I installed the new version of LIghtroom (2015) compared to the creative clouds. Creative cloud said that I installed the new version. I answer to myself. The Service Technique Adobe sent me this solution that works!
(1) restart the machine en Mode Minimal:
-Restart the machine. When sounded the gong to start in a few hold the Shift (shift) key until the Apple logo appears.
-The machine restarts then mode without extension (more loan than usual).
(2) manually delete the following folders in the library of the Mac:
[MacHD] / Applications/Utilities/applications Manager
[MacHD] / Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
3) go to the library of the Mac:
-Open the Finder.
-Great menu 'go' (at the top).
-Keep the key 'alt' on the keyboard.
-Menu of the 'Go', click on "library".
-Come on record of the in "Application Support" then "Adobe".
-Remove the folders 'OOBE', 'AAMUpdater' and 'AAMUpdaterInventory '.
(5) liability (very important) trash.
(6) download the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager from the following address:

I can't find my programs from the creative cloud on my mac. When I search, they are not. But I can open some of them through the icons in the dock. Unfortunately, not all programs have an icon in my dock. The program that I need right now for example, I can not open because it is not in the dock.
You can try to hold down the command key clicking and now on the icon in the dock and under "options" select "show in Finder". This will show you where one of your Adobe applications. The others will be perhaps in the same place?

While we are still investigating this matter, we suggest that you re start the creative cloud and CoreSync process. This can be done manually in the activity on the Mac monitor or the Windows Task Manager. A reboot of the system would also do the same thing.
We hope by doing this, your data which has been ransacked locally will then be re synced from creative clouds and return your synchronization to a normal state.

I've seen several answers to this question, but so far none have allowed. It says to click on the "Trash" icon, but I don't see an icon to the trash. We told to go to the creative cloud in the Finder, but I don't have a creative cloud in the finder. I see 5 files in my creative cloud and I want to replace all. Help, please.
OK, I thought about it. I'm sorry. I had to move the files in the Archive. The Archive is where the trash icon appears. Once in the Archive, I could select them and then click the trash can icon.
