Cannot deploy the mapping of model code of CDC in OWB 11 GR 2!

Hi, I have just created a mapping model code of CDC and tried to deployed to the control center. But there is an error like below:

VLD-0006: SEC-10017: you have no privilege of COMPILATION (generate and validate) on the subject: ICT_SQL_TO_SQL_APPEND

How to grant privileges? and who (which user)?

Thank you.

It looks like only the owner of the workspace initially has privileges on the shared models compilation. If you log on as the owner of the workspace, select the model in the tree, the menu click on view then security, you can either give the privilege to compile ALL or specific users.

See you soon
David

    Hello

    There is only one version of the software. Whether or not you must license depends on the features you use.

    Generates code in the mapping Editor by using the button "generate".
    In the build results window, select style generation = operating mode and middle = 'Set [PL/SQL] founded.
    Now you must select a group entry or exit of some operator in your mapping.

    The build results window then displays a SQL statement that represents the data that would go in the group you selected.
    Run the SQL directly in your target schema (using sql * plus, sql developer, etc.).
    If the SQL code cannot be run, the problem is in this particular part of the mapping.
    You can try to locate further.

    Good luck
    Carsten.

  • Backup of Windows 7 - the system cannot find the specified path, error Code 0 x 80070003

    I have serious problems back up my own machine to a share on our FILE SERVER as \\FILE-SERVER\Backup\

    I have already backed up another PC using exactly the same settings I used on my PC successfully.  So I guess it's nothing to do with the FILE SERVER or the backup settings.  There must be something to do with what I'm trying to backup of my machine.

    First, some background.  This exercise was started when Windows Server 2008 r2 o/s fell one of our servers.  I tried to reinstall the operating system several times, without success.  In the end, I caught another drive and rebuilt the o/s on the server.  Then I got in trouble by promoting to a domain on the network controller.  In the end, I've renamed server FILE Server for FILE SERVERS.

    We share regularly four records on what is now the FILE SERVER:

    \\FILE-SERVER\Backup - a folder where the backups of all other devices are written, so that they will be saved with the server

    \\FILE-SERVER\Company - contains all of the data of our company

    \\FILE-SERVER\GEM - this is for our own database application

    \\FILE-SERVER\Install - contains all the installation files for the software we use

    These are all inmates on a RAID 1 array that is separate from the system drive that covered.

    On my laptop, I had made these "Available offline" shared folders, while I still had everything that is available to me when I was away from the office.  They were of course shared under \\FILESERVER\... not \\FILE-SERVER\... Before the server down, I had backup works fine on my machine.

    After having got the server up and going again, I started going there from the WIndows 7 Client PC backups again.  I started with a desktop computer, which of course have not all offline files.  This turned out to be relatively simple.

    Then, I started with my machine.  Initially I did not 'Available offline' folders shared meanings.  I created my backup using exactly the same settings that had worked OK on the desktop.  But when I ran the backup I got:

    The system cannot find the specified path, error Code 0 x 80070003

    I tried all sorts of things to make it work:

    • with or without an image of the system.
    • reducing the backup in a single folder.
    • do it again 'available offline files

    Nothing makes no difference.  In the end, I looked in the Sync Center to look at the offline files folder.  Under mapped network drives I discovered that I still had the files and folders in \\FILESERVER.  In their Menu Popup 'Always available offline' is grayed out.  So I deleted the Copies offline.  This delete the files in the folders but not files.

    Since I could find no way to delete the old mapped network drives.  I decided that I had painted myself into a corner.  So I bit the bullet and re-installed my laptop too.  This will get rid of the unwanted old mapped network drives - BUT NOT the ERROR!

    HELP - I'm running out of ideas!

    I have a WORD Document that all the settings that I used on the server and Clients, as well as the reasoning behind these settings, documents, but I can't find a way to download.

    Hi Brian,.

    These problems occur because the folders or libraries that you are trying to back up or restore include a reparse point.
    Analytical points are similar to shortcuts Windows or Unix symbolic links. A point of analysis can be used to point to a file that is moved temporarily to a different drive. For example, a reparse point would a folder such as C:\DVD to point to drive E, the real DVD player.

    Perform the steps from the link below and see if the backup works.

    Windows backup or restore 0 x 80070001, 0 x 81000037 or 0 x 80070003 errors

    If you work with Windows Server 2008 and the mapped drives, I would recommend that you post the question in the TechNet forums.

    Hi boiteavinc,

    LCM 1.0.2 supports this operating system for customization. Most likely, the problem is in VCenter himself.

    Can take you a look at the VC newspapers to see what the problem with the customization?

    In addition, you can try the same cloning/customization directly from VCenter to see if he succeeds?

    If you receive the same error, LCM cannot do much in this situation.

  • Locale in the Cascades Momentics model code is broken. Here is the solution...

    The Momentics application, it is easy to start new projects by basing your new application on a predefined model. The problem is that the regional settings, change the code in the application model Cascades do not work properly and developers who don't understand this will serve strings bad language to their users. The locale of the model code looks like this...

    void ApplicationUI::onSystemLanguageChanged() {    QCoreApplication::instance()->removeTranslator( this->_translator );

        // ---Initiate, load and install the application translation files.
        QString locale_string = QLocale().name();
        QString file_name = QString( "AppName_%1" ).arg( locale_string );
        if ( this->_translator->load( file_name, "app/native/qm" ) ) {
            QCoreApplication::instance()->installTranslator( this->_translator );
        }
    }

    The problem is that QLocale () .name () returns the region code by DEFAULT to the language setting of the user device, ignore the region on the device setting. For example, with the language set to English device and the region set to 'United States (English)', 'United Kingdom (English),' "(English) Canada" or "Australia (English)", QLocale () .name () will ALWAYS return en_US. Similarly, with the device language set to French, and the region, the value 'Canada (French)', QLocale () .name () will return en_US, not fr_CA as it should. It is behavior actually expected QLocale, not only in the Cascades, but in Qt ordinary too.

    The solution is simple. Rather than QLocale () .name () you use QLocale::system().name() instead, which fills a QLocale with the setting of the unit in the region, not only the language CORRECTLY. The code above should be...

    void ApplicationUI::onSystemLanguageChanged() {    QCoreApplication::instance()->removeTranslator( this->_translator );

        // ---Initiate, load and install the application translation files.
        QString locale_string = QLocale::system().name();
        QString file_name = QString( "AppName_%1" ).arg( locale_string );
        if ( this->_translator->load( file_name, "app/native/qm" ) ) {
            QCoreApplication::instance()->installTranslator( this->_translator );
        }
    }

    I suspect that there are hundreds of BB10 apps out there using the code of the default model where developers can't read the languages that they located, and so they do not realize that French Canadian users get the Parisian French translation, for example. It's not so bad with English, French, Spanish, etc., where variants are close enough to the base language, but the regional variants of Chinese are in fact completely different languages.

    In any case, type a few extra characters in a single line of your application code will solve this problem. Now if only we could get the Momentics model updated with the hotfix.

    After I posted the original explanation in this thread, I realized that handling locale of the waterfall model is still more broken that I realized the original. I noticed that, although incomplete, the model code would address changes for the system language settings, but he completely ignored changes in the region during the execution of the application. My original fix the problem repairs where the region has been completely ignored, but she does not answer that becomes the region while the application is running has no effect on the text displayed in the application.

    This means that if the user changes of American English in the English-speaking Canada, while the application is running the application will continue to display American English until it is restarted. It's particularly bad, if the system language is Chinese, as changing the region can result in a totally different language. It has proved to be more sensitive to this problem than I expected, but here's what you need to do to make your application respond to changes in the region put in too.

    The first thing to know is that there are two LocaleHandler classes in Cascades, and they perform different functions related though. One that is used in the model code is defined in , but one that we must manage changes in region is defined by . The fact that we have two classes with the same name in our application means that we explicitly specify that we speak and cannot if press "using namespace" condense our code.

    It's the language Manager changed the system (including the difficulty I described above)...

    void ApplicationUI::onSystemLanguageChanged()
    {
        QCoreApplication::instance()->removeTranslator(m_pTranslator);

        // Initiate, load and install the application translation files.
        QString locale_string = QLocale::system().name();
        QString file_name = QString("AppName_%1").arg(locale_string);
        if (m_pTranslator->load(file_name, "app/native/qm")) {
            QCoreApplication::instance()->installTranslator(m_pTranslator);
        }
    }

    Let's change this code to that...

    void ApplicationUI::onSystemLanguageChanged() {
        this->setLocale( QLocale::system().name() );
    }

    void ApplicationUI::onRegionChanged() {
        bb::system::LocaleHandler* localHandler = qobject_cast( sender() );

        this->setLocale( localHandler->locale().name() );
    }

    void ApplicationUI::setLocale( const QString& locale ) {
        QCoreApplication::instance()->removeTranslator( this->_translator );

        // ---Initiate, load and install the application translation files.
        QString file_name = QString( "AppName_%1" ).arg( locale );
        if ( this->_translator->load( file_name, "app/native/qm" ) ) {
            QCoreApplication::instance()->installTranslator( this->_translator );
        }
    }

    He must also change the code in the constructor of ApplicationUI of this...

    ApplicationUI::ApplicationUI() {
        // prepare the localization
        m_pTranslator = new QTranslator(this);
        m_pLocaleHandler = new LocaleHandler(this);

        bool res = QObject::connect(m_pLocaleHandler, SIGNAL(systemLanguageChanged()), this, SLOT(onSystemLanguageChanged()));    // This is only available in Debug builds    Q_ASSERT(res);
    }

    .. .for this...

    ApplicationUI::ApplicationUI() {
        // prepare the localization
        m_pTranslator = new QTranslator(this);
        m_pLocaleHandler = new bb::cascades::LocaleHandler(this);

        bool res = QObject::connect(m_pLocaleHandler, SIGNAL(systemLanguageChanged()), this, SLOT(onSystemLanguageChanged()));
        // This is only available in Debug builds
        Q_ASSERT(res);

        bb::system::LocaleHandler* systemLocaleHandler = new bb::system::LocaleHandler( LocaleType::Region, this );    success = QObject::connect( systemLocaleHandler, SIGNAL( changed() ), SLOT( onRegionChanged() ) );    Q_ASSERT( success );
    }

    Once you have made any changes your app will meet changes in the region and the language system changes. Note that I don't provide code so that changes to the ApplicationUI.hpp to support the changes above, but rather than leave it to the reader.

  • Windows cannot check the updates - C800044E error code

    Hello

    Since yesterday, I get a notification icon in the taskbar indicating that windows cannot check the updates. If I click on the icon and then click on the button "check for updates" in the new window, the search end reports that an error has occurred and the error code is C800044E. This happens every time after the computer starts and when I try to manually check for updates.

    The operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit with OEM license.

    I already googled for this error code, but none of the suggestions found during the search worked. Mode by default with no results, I installed the MicrosoftFixit50202 (have not tried yet aggressive mode). I ran the malware Microsoft Windows (without threats found) removal tool. I downloaded and installed manually the KB947821 update for vista, also without results.

    The last successful update is dated more than a month previously, and I assume that at the same time, some important updates may appear. Can someone help me with this problem?

    I've already solved the problem by using the system restore (I used a restore enjoyed a week point).

    I'll answer your questions anyway, in which case this may help solve one similar problem to others:

    1 Vista SP2 (all updates important/critical installed as of October 1, 2010)

    2. Eset NOD32 antivirus/antispyware with current subscription. No third-party firewall (just the windows firewall).

    3-4. I have never installed a Norton or McAfee application on this computer, but I'm not sure if a trial version of Norton AV is pre-installed with this computer (if it did, I removed it when I originally set up the computer - almost 3 years ago).

    Hello
    I have a problem with OWB when I try to start a mapping (sql loader) after deployment. The problem is that when I start the execution of the mapping, sql loader control file is created not under Unix (where I set the location of the file entry and control file), but in the pc with my client OWB. • Cannot deploy the sample applications of the MAF

    I try to install some of the sample applications on the MAF ( jdev_install/jdeveloper/jdev/extensions/oracle.maf/Samples Directory) on my Android (version 4.4.2) phone without success.

    I use jDev build JDEVADF_12.1.3.0.0_GENERIC_140521.1008.S

    If I have a deployment on an Android package using default deployment profiles, I get the following error:

    "Impossible to deploy the profile because the project 'ViewController.jpr' is not a MAF ApplicationController or ViewController project. (oracle.adfmf.framework.dt.deploy.features.deployers.FeatureArchiveDeployer).

    I searched this error in this forum and found this:

    MAF: Build Error "adfmf - not found feature.xml.

    Then I updated the patch of the MAF, and I still get the same error.

    I then fiddled around a bit dependencies of properties/deployment/Android1/Application Profile

    Now I can deploy on my phone, but the application hangs on the splash screen.  Can anyone advise on what things should be checked in the profile dependencies?

    Profile Dependencies.JPG

    OK, I finally understood what is the question.

    After installing the patch of the MAF, jDev so ask to restart your computer, but for some reason any on my computer this can last from a few minutes to a few days!  The first time that I installed the patch, after a reboot, through the Assistant jDev update request I clicked on OK and jDev stop and waited so he could restart. 5 minutes later, it started so I thought I'd launch myself, so I did.  But what I didn't know that in my list of system processes, jDev was still working (perhaps even install the patch).  Here's a screenshot of my system process (that I took during my third attempt, since I suspect something):

    Thus, while this process jDev was hanging out, I started jDev myself and ended up having two jDev processes running.  One that I started manually didn't have the MAF Patch applied, but I thought he did it because I just went through the Update Wizard.

    And so all the trouble, I have tried to deploy the sample applications of the MAF.

    I didn't knew that this much later because a few days later, a splash jDev screen suddenly arisen WHILE I was USING jDev, I knew was because the first time, install the patch jDev prompted to restart the computer.

    Only on the third time reinstall jDev and the patch of the MAF has waited more jDev to restart, and when he finally did restart on its own (3 minutes later) that I checked my installation of the fix for the MAF and found that it was installing successfully.

    I then tried to deploy the sample applications of the MAF again and this time it worked.

    So, in summary, because he took if jDev long reboot after installation of the patch of the CRG, I advanced and started jDev myself, but this instance of jDev, I started upward has not installed the fix of the MAF, and so the trouble I had to deploy the samples of the MAF.

    I hope that something can be improved here so that other users the same tracks as I do not work in the same problems in the future.  It can be as simple as a message before reboot in saying the user to wait jDev restart on its own, otherwise their patch will not install.

    Thanks for your time.

    Your laptop is definitely written but you probably searched on the wrong page. Your model is WE model then please look for drivers on http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_modSel.jsp

    You want to the new installation of Windows XP Home edition? What you need is driver SATA and it must be loaded before installation WXO begins. This driver must be load with F6.
    I put t know which chipset your laptop model, but please see THIS page for how to find it.
