Cannot disable "invites other devices."

Hello, I bought a new iphone 6 s, data backed up from my iphone via iCloud 5s upwards.

Now I have two phones with the same id to icloud. I would like to turn off the function "invites other devices."

I go to settings-phone calls on other devices. There are some iphone and my macbook. I can't disable macbook, but not the iphone? Why?

How could I solve this problem? Thanks in advance

Use another Apple ID on each phone.  Create a new ID for one of them.

  • My (not router) usb hub no longer works with the new update, and when it's plugged in disables all other devices.

As of October 11, 2012, my 7 port hub Belkin USB-To-Go is no longer recognized by Windows. It worked without problem until today when I installed updates. When I plug it in, nothing is displayed, but for some reason, USB ports are disabled. I tried it on several ports without result. I contacted Belkin, and it seems more likely to be a problem of driver within Windows.

You need to tell what updates have been installed, since they are usually specific PC.

    Historical Windows Update appears.

In the meantime, use a restore point for a time before this update

  • This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system (Code 12)

Guys, I have a problem. So, my laptop has 2 graphics cards, an integrated course of the Intel HD graphics (which works perfectly) and the other being the dedicated Nvidia graphics (Nvidia GeForce 940 m). Until 2 days ago, everything was going well and running.

I have the application experience GeForce and it prompted me that there is a new driver update should I download. He started to install then after rebooting to complete the installation, it failed. I checked my device manager and saw a yellow exclamation under under my Nvidia graphics card (remember, my laptop has two graphics cards: Nvidia graphics card and Intel HD graphics that works correctly). I immediately checked the details, and he said:

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12) »

"If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

This seemed very strange, because it was LITERALLY working properly before I was invited about update driver I got, so I don't know what to do - as a matter of fact, literally, I finished this game, Deadpool, with my Nvidia card that I put as the default graphics card, a few hours before , so I don't know why this happened. Any help? I'm looking for a logical answer to this, guys!

    Additional information:

A few days before this happened, I went to my store local pc and installed an extra 4 gigs of ram on my 4 existing to make 8. Don't know if it's useful, but anyway

If I pick up my laptop and shake it side by side, I hear a slight rattling noise, and it seems a little loose (I found this out after seeing the error message). The noise seems to come from just below the middle of my keyboard (I'm using a laptop). If for some reason, my Nvidia card is loose? Is this possible?

I am quite technologically inclined, but not to the extent of removing components and reconstruction cell phones / pc and access the bios and what not. I can only remove/add ram.

I want to know if its something I am able to fix it because I do not necessarily want to go running and sending my laptop places - only my pc up shop.

Here is the location of my Nvidia card: PCI Slot 4 (PCI bus 4, device 0, function 0)

    My specs:

    Acer TravelMate p257-MG

    Windows 7 business

Intel core i5-5200u 2.20 GHz 2.20 Ghz processor

    8.00 GB of ram

    64-bit operating system

    1 t hard drive

940 m Intel HD graphics 5500 & Nvidia Geforce card

Just to recap, I get the error on my Nvidia graphics card code, "this device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12) ""If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. »

    Thanks in advance!

I installed a NETGEAR N300 Wireless USB Adapter on my computer which is a desk top Dell 64-bit running Windows 7 Edition Home Premium. There are five computers on my network. Two of the others use the same model of NETGEAR wireless USB adapt. I removed the Ethernet cable after the installation of the wireless adapter. I can say that the new wireless adapter works fine. When I tried to map the network I got the same message that appears in some of these problems: "Windows cannot create the network map. Responses of the other devices on the network are delayed or there is a router on the network incapatible". I have restarted this computer in SafeMode as suggested in the above problems. I tried other things like disabling the wired connection has always existed for the cable. No effect. Then I tried mapping the network on the other computers. All failed with the same message. All the other four computers are 32-bit. Three of these computers are also running Windows 7 Home Premium. They are the best desktop computers. The other computer is a Windows 7 Starter netbook running. It is the 32-bit computer, always using a cable. That will be replaced with the same wireless adapter model NETGEAR. Anyone know how to fix this or is this a bug? It would be nice of the network software of Windows 7 has worked as it is supposed to. TO.

I went the last wired wireless computer and the problem disappeared. The five computers can view the map now without any problems.

Try to reset the App Store:

Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Then sign into the iTunes Store and try to download again.

    What's not?

You must check the iBooks category in your OS X system preferences: Panel iCloud: iCloud Drive: Options: Documents Panel. On iOS, you must have enabled to iCloud and in the iCloud Drive location setting iBooks. Also, in iOS parameters: iTunes and App Store, ensure that iBooks is running.

The iBook.epub file is a compressed/compressed and renamed folder that represents a single file to any email client. What do you mean, it cannot be sent correctly - and it's your experience, send, or the failure of the recipient to view the ePub document? What email client?

  • Other devices with yellow! and cannot connect to internet after reformatting

I reformatted my gateway with the original XP disc. Now the multimedia audio controller is missing and there are several "other devices" with yellow! I tried to update the drivers on the site of the bridge for this model, but it's still a mess, and I can't connect to the net!

    Hi BrianFiles,

If you have reinstalled Windows XP after formatting the hard drive, then you will need to install all the necessary drivers on the computer for devices work correctly.

You can try to search for hardware changes in Device Manager and later proceed to reinstalling the driver.

    1. Click Startand then click run.
    2. Type devmgmt.msc , and then click OK.
    3. In Device Manager, click on your computer so that it appears highlighted.
    4. Click Action, and then click find the hardware changes.

I suggest that you download from the site of the Bridge and save all necessary drivers on the hard drive and then try to install the drivers, check if it helps.

Also reinstall the drivers for the chipset on the site of the bridge.

  • T41 - all 'other devices' disabled after XP Reinstall

    Hello

    Could someone please help.

    I have a laptop T41 / Type: 2372 / model: 4PG... running Win XP Pro

Last weekend, I reinstalled the operating system using MS XP Pro disks I finally installed on this PC about 18 months ago.

I noticed immediately after installation I couldn't connect to the internet.  When I went to the Device Manager, I spotted that everything under "other devices" has been disabled (Ethernet controller, network controller, PCI Modem, device unknown, video controller).

I also noticed there is nothing under network connections and when I try to establish a connection, it fails (because the "other devices" are disabled I guess).

I went on "drivers and downloads" page of Lenovo and installed everything that has to do with my PC (see above), but this made no difference.

Can someone point me in the right direction that I suffered for hours and hours on this problem?

    Thank you very much

    / David.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Installing drivers of lenovo for older machines can be a delicate, because each driver must be run twice in different places in order to install the device correctly.

Assuming that you have run the installer for the devices mentioned for: -.

    1. Ethernet, you must go to C:\DRIVERS\Win\ETHERNET\PRO1000\Win32 to run the installer.

    2. network controller, C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLLANINT\SETUP. EXE

    3. video controller, C:\DRIVERS\WIN\DISPLAY\SETUP. EXE

And according to the resources of lenovo, the Type and model for your correct ThinkPad 2373-4PG.

    I hope this helps.

I have a Dell Dimension 5100 and am running Windows XP, I am unable to connect to the Internet via an Ethernet cable but I am able to connect with other devices.
