  I bought 4 Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 subscription today. Not the extent, just Photoshop CS6.

  After you receive an e-mail to confirm the purchase and an email with the link to the creative cloud (?) and an email with the serial number for the LR4, I tried to download the software.

  No problem for LR4, it installed is registered.

  However, I can't find a reason any dowloadButton for PS CS6...

  The subscription starts today, are paid as confirmed in your email...

  But where is the software?

  I tried the link to the creative cloud, saw a button for the PS, which was extended version after installation and a trial for 30 days... and for the love of God in Dutch!

  If I go to my orderinghistory, I find a download link, who transferred me to even once, Creative cloud...

  A friend of mine has exactly the same problem?

  We want the software had subscribed us, what is the problem?

  PS We live in Belgium, and ordered the software in English, we are working on Mac.

  Tons of downloads are available for vCenter, including all its components, but I can't find where to download simply vCenter Server. Am I crazy? It is not the all downloads page. • Can not find the attachments uploaded to email. Cannot find downloads for upgrades. Cannot find downloaded games.

  I followed the procedure, as it is indicated on the screen, when downloading attachments to e-mail and after it shows the process ended the download seems to disappear. I can't find anywhere. The same thing happens when I try to download games, updates and upgrades.

  Whatever the download is, if you use Firefox (not sure about IE), the download location by default on Windows 7 is the download folder in the upper part of the Windows Explorer.

  I bought a copy of CS4 Design Standard a few years ago and still use it today. I update my 2009 MacBook to a MacBook Pro 2012 which is not a disk drive so I need a download of this edition. When you look at the list of downloads I don't see version CS4 Design Premium, no Design Standard version. Can someone point me in the right direction?

  CS4 will be compatible with this machine also: MacBook Pro retina 15 inches Core i7 2.3 GHz (mid-2012)

  Cannot find software for microsoft lifecam vx800 on p.c. that I try to upgrade to windows 7. telling me it is not compatible with windows 7 and t uninstall it. did it, but still won't let me upgrade t

  Unplug the unit from the PC. Restart the power off PC. Check in Control Panel programs and features for any reference to the Lifacam. If it's there, highlight it and delete. Chweck for the reference to the Lifecam Device Manager. If there, remove it. Reset. Repeat the upgrade.

• Need help downloading for Mac 10.6.8 PE9 (an old mac)

  Hello! I had the HARDEST time trying to download PE9.  I lost him after the mac had malware and I had to take it to the Apple store. They said they had to wipe and reinstall everything.  I was told that I would lose all the apps.  But I did it.  PE9 lost.

  I talked to adobe support and various advisers accompanied me through downloading 4 times.  !! And it still doesn't work!  Maybe it's because I have this mac 10.6.8.

  Whenever I would try to open it and install it I got this message that "Installer failed to initialize download."   After that the last advise sent a link - one that I was REALLY HOPING would work this time!  It says the download for Mac OSX.  I don't have a mac OSX.

  So, if anyone knows how to get the PE9 for mac 10.6.8 (for once)! So I would be grat

  I can't believe!  I went to the download I did yesterday (and tried and tried to open but it says "unable to initialize the installation" over and over).  It WORKED tonight!  It is a mystery why she was giving me so much trouble yesterday!
