I had to update my Apple ID and then I received messages whenever I logged on other devices to do the same. Then for weeks, then the system is far from ideal.   3. What happens when you try to access the user account guest?

  A guest account is an account for users who do not have a permanent account on your PC. It allows people (invited) to use your computer without having access to your personal files. Users logged on to the guest account cannot install applications or hardware, change PC settings or create a password.

  Refer to the following and check information. This will help you to solve the problem of flashing screen.

  I suggest you to update the drivers to display the computer manufacturer's website and check if it helps.
