Cannot find Managed Bean in merge custom Application

Hello

We try customize LOV search list in the Fusion Applications. I created an Application of merger with EAR customizations exploded. According to the requirement, I've identified the Managed bean associated with a workflow.

But when I try to search archive in class Application ManagedBean resources personally, I'm not finding anything? Does this mean that bean is not customizable. ?

Thank you
Kaja

Yes to composer page, you can navigate through the tree and you can see the exact location of the page.

For reference, take a look at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28271_01/fusionapps.1111/e16691/ext_pages.htm#BJFJACDB

How do I solve this problem

The tools are not compatible with JDK7. You need to install JDK6 and it must be the 32-bit version.

If you have several versions of the JDK, you can modify bbwp.properties in the subfolder bin of your SDK WebWorks to include the following text:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_31

You would update the JDK version to match your own, but note that this is the SEO Program Files (x 86); the path 32-bit installations. This way you can have several JDK if you need, but the command bbwp must reference the appropriate JDK.

In short, he must be JDK6 and it must be 32-bit.

• synchronization in managed bean

Hello

I'm in a matter of synchronization methods for managed bean.

As I understand it, I don't have to synchronize inside the method of bean extended reach or session request.

Since the lifecycle jsf serves requests using a particular instance of managed bean and no other application can access this instance until the current request is completed.
(please, correct me if I'm wrong)

but in the scope that they are also acting as above?

the synchronization and management concurrent access is completely the JSF container?

I don't understand

can someone please explain?

Thnaks

~ Pablo

As I understand it, I don't have to synchronize inside the method of bean extended reach or session request.

You don't have to synchronize the application scope beans because they are unique to the current request.

You only peut not to synchronize the scope of session beans unless you must face properly the same user using multiple tabs in one browser to access your application. This is more common than you might think, and of many web apps does not manage it properly.

You must synchronize the application scope beans because there is only one of each and every accessible by > 1 requests simultaneously.

• Adobe Application Manager cannot find Acrobat XI Mac Pro on MBP

Hello

I tried several times, and personal support from Adobe yet contacted chat, to solve this problem, but when I run Adobe Application Manager, still shows that I have not installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for Mac. He told me that my serial number is valid, but that it cannot find AA XI Pro on my MBP. When I run Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for Mac on my MBP, I get a similar message. Adobe Acrobat Pro XI is not yet in the list of applications for which I could possibly enter a serial number. So, I wonder - Adobe has not yet clued in its own applications that he has released Acrobat Pro XI?

Seems all kinds of descendant and not professional to me.

See you soon,.

Hussar

Since the message that you have described, it shows that you have purchased the upgrade for Acrobat XI. You are eligible for an upgrade if you already have an earlier version of Acrobat. More details here - http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/buying-guide-upgrade-pricing.html

If you already have an earlier version of Acrobat, select this version from the drop-down list and provide the serial number of this version. For example, if you have Acrobat X and you decide to upgrade to Acrobat XI, then launch Acrobat XI you will get this message. Select Acrobat X and provide the serial number for Acrobat X so that your eligibility for discounted upgrade is checked.

If you do not have the earlier version of Acrobat, and yet you have purchased an upgrade, please contact customer support to solve this problem.

• Generate PDFS using Managed Bean with custom HTTP headers

Background
Generate a report in various formats (PDF, delimited, Excel, HTML, etc.) using JDeveloper 11 g Release 2 (11.1.2.3.0) when you click on an af:commandButton. See also the version StackOverflow about this issue:

http://StackOverflow.com/q/13654625/59087

Problem
The HTTP headers are sent twice: once by the framework and once by a bean.

Source code
The source code includes:

-Action button
-Managed Bean
-Task flow

Action button
The action of the button:

< af:commandButton text = 'Report' id = 'submitReport' action = "Execute" / >

Managed bean
The managed Bean is relatively complex. The code "responseComplete" get called, however, it does not seem to be called early enough to avoid the framework application writes the HTTP headers.

Substitution of HTTP response header

/**
* Defines the HTTP headers must indicate to the browser that the
* the report must be downloaded (not displayed in the current
* window).
*/
protected void setDownloadHeaders() {}
HttpServletResponse response = getServletResponse();
response.setHeader ("Content-Description", getContentDescription());
response.setHeader ("Content-Disposition", 'attachment filename ='
(+ getFilename());
response.setHeader ("Content-Type", getContentType());
response.setHeader ("Content-Transfer-Encoding',
getContentTransferEncoding());
}

Question answer full
The bean indirectly says infrastructure that the answer is managed (by the bean):

getFacesContext () .responseComplete ();

Bean, run and configure

public void run() {}
try {}
Report = getReport();
Configures (Report.GetParameters ());
Report.Run ();
} catch (Exception e) {}
e.printStackTrace ();
}
}

private void configuration (parameters p) {}
p.put (ReportImpl.SYSTEM_REPORT_PROTOCOL, "http");
p.put (ReportImpl.SYSTEM_REPORT_HOST, "localhost");
p.put (ReportImpl.SYSTEM_REPORT_PORT, "7002");
p.put (ReportImpl.SYSTEM_REPORT_PATH, "/ reports/rwservlet" "");
p.put (Parameters.PARAM_REPORT_FORMAT, 'pdf');

p.put ("report_cmdkey", getReportName());
p.put ("report_ORACLE_1", getReportDestinationType());
p.put ("report_ORACLE_2", getReportDestinationFormat());
}

Workflow
The workflow calls Execute, which refers to the 'run()' of the bean method:

entry-> Home-> run-> ReportBeanRun

Where:

<-l' call the method id = "ReportBeanRun" >
< description > running a report < / description >
Report to run < display name > < / display-name >
< method > #{reportBean.run} < / method >
< result >
success of < fixed-result > < / fixed-results >
< / results >
< / method >

The bean is assigned to the scope of the "demand", with a few managed properties:

< rule of flow control = "__3" id >
hand < of-activity-id > < /-activity-id >
< control-flow-case id = "ExecuteReport" >
run < from outcome > < / de-results >
ReportBeanRun < to-activity-id > < / to-activity-id >
< / control-flow-case >
< / control-flow-rule >

< managed-bean id = "ReportBean" >
< description > running a report < / description >
< display name > ReportBean < / display-name >
application of < managed-bean-scope > < / managed-bean-scope >
...
< / managed-bean >

The "success < fixed-result > < / fixed-result > ' strikes me as wrong - I don't want to not the method call to return to another task."

Restrictions
The report server receives requests from the web server only. The URL of the report server cannot use browsers to download directly, for security reasons.

Error messages
The error message is generated:
Duplicate received headers from the server

349 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION) error: multiple headers received separate Content-Disposition. It is not allowed to protect themselves against HTTP response splitting attacks. Nevertheless, the report is generated. Prevents the framework to write headers HTTP would solve this problem.

Question
How can define you HTTP headers in ADF using a workflow to generate a PDF file by calling a managed bean?

Ideas

Some additional ideas:

-Substitute the listener of the Phase of the lifecycle of Page ("ADFPhaseListener" + "PageLifecycle")
-Develop a customized web server Servlet

Thank you!

The problem was that the HTTP headers have been actually written twice:

1. the report server returns the HTTP response headers.
2. the bean was his own (as mentioned in the question) HTTP response headers.
3. the bean was copy all the contents of the report server response, including headers, to the output stream.

Firefox has ignored the header in double, but not Google Chrome errors.

• TENS of installation in the application directory--> cannot find directory RTE

Hello

I couldn't find an answer of fitting about my problem using search, so I'll try my luck by asking.

First of all: I'm using Labwindows/CVI 8.5

I created an installer for my application using the Distribution Kit Wizard. Under the tab drivers & components I chose only the 'standard Run-Time'.

On the Advanced tab, I left the option "Install Labwindos/CVI Run-Time Engine in the application directory" unchecked.

This installs and works fine at my PC clients.

Now the problem:

My client does not want that all files are installed in the Windows\System32 directory...

So I checked the option "Install Labwindos/CVI Run-Time Engine in the application directory" and created a new installation routine.

This installs fine and the cvirte folder is also be copied into the directory of the specified program and not Windows\System32... but now whenever my client tries to run the application, it gets called with the following messagebox:

Cannot find the directory RTE:

C:\Windows\system32\cvirte

Which is actually very good, because I wanted to RTE must be installed in the folder of my program, but somehow my request is always pointed toward the search in system32.

Is there a way to fix this without copying the RTE in Windows\System32 again?

Given your explanation, I can understand why you see the error message. When you try to locate the resource (bin) and directories of fonts, DLL RTE search in the directory of the process that loaded, then in the system directory. As RTÉ is not installed in one of these locations (instead, it is installed in the same directory as your DLL file), we do not find the directory "RTE". There is nothing particularly wrong with what you're trying to do, except that we can't do well. I'll drop a request to fix this for a future version. In the meantime, you have a few options:

1. let the RTE to install in the system directory, as it normally would.

2. manually copy the directory cvirte of your repertoire of the DLL in the system directory.

3. ask the client install your package DLL in its application directory. The target directory can be changed by the customer at the time of installation.

I know these aren't the major options. I personally highly recommend the first option, despite protests from your customer. Is there a good reason that it is forbidden to use the system directory?

• Upgrade PE6 to PE10 - cannot find my catalog of custom location

I want to update my installation to PE10 PE6. I have a Windows 7 computer. I downloaded the trial version of PE10 to check it out. However, this test cannot find my catalog of location PE10 customized with all my photos! When I click on search-> catalog and choose the custom location, then navigate to where is my catalog, there is no choice displayed for me to choose. I tried the Convert button - no help.

I thought about my catalog penetrating to the default location in Windows 7 to see if it makes a difference, but it seems that if I move catalog this 'thing' moves not only my catalog, but also my 50 GB of image files. I'd rather not do that - I don't want image files moved.

Anyone know why I can't connect to my catalog of custom location?

Thanks in advance,

Bill

Well, I'm running on PE10! I was beginning to think that being on trial was the problem. So, I bought the upgrade to PE10. However, it does not solve the problem. Finally I came across the 10 EP release notes, and who had a connection with the issues of catalogue. And then he said that I might have to check 'Show previously converted catalogs' when converting. It's not logical because I didn't have all the conversions on any catalogs, I was trying to find (at this time I had 5-6 copies littered my computer). However, this seemed to be the thing. With this, I could find custom catalogs to convert and then, once converted, they appear in Catalog Manager. (Its also possible the trial version may have played a role. I don't remember if I tried "To show previously converted catalogs" in the last two weeks.)

So thank you again for your help, photodrawken.

• Cannot find the Application Module

Hello experts!

I extended a controller to validate a user input (controller: oracle.apps.ar.cusstd.contact.webui.ArAcctContactCreateCO).
I clicked on the about Page and in the PageDefinition the pageLayout controller = ArAcctContactCreateCO and ArContactsAM = application module.

Display attribute: PersonLastName

It's my extended controller:

PersonAM: null

I also replaced OAApplicationModule oaapplicationmodule = oapagecontext.getApplicationModule (oawebbean) with OAApplicationModule oaapplicationmodule = (OAApplicationModule) oapagecontext.getRootApplicationModule () and I got the same results.

Does anyone know why it does not find HzPuiQuickCreatePersonAM application module? Any help is appreciated.

Hello

as HzPuiQuickCreatePersonAM is under HzPuiCompositionAM

(-a) HzPuiCompositionAM
-I) HzPuiQuickCreatePersonAM

If you start with
OAApplicationModule apprAM = (OAApplicationModule) rootAM.findApplicationModule ("HzPuiCompositionAM");
