  I'll certainly try and help you get the problem solved. Please provide us with some answers for a better understanding of the issue.

  1. Since when are you facing the issue?

  2 are logged as administrator?

  3. where's the music folder?  Located internal or an external storage device?

  4. do you have an anti-virus installed on the computer program?

  5. are you aware of any recent software or the hardware in the computer changes?

  You try to open the file as administrator. Right-click on the file and select run as administrator.

  You can also try to launch an online scan and check if that helps.

  Microsoft safety scanner

  Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  You can also start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists. If the problem persists, you can start the computer in a clean boot state, and check if all third-party software may cause the problem. Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: when you are finished troubleshooting, follow step 3, mentioned in the article to start the computer to a normal startup.

  Then he can easily explain why it cannot be equal to your function to_date (...) that does not include a default time (h: min: sec = 00:00:00).
  So, you can try trunc (requisitiondate) = to_date (...) instead.
  TRUNC is suppose to give up the time portion of the date up to 00:00:00.

• Missing DLL, cannot find path?

  I don't find it covered exactly in the forums.

  I'm trying to fix a DLL on my project in a subfolder.  The whole project can be compiled/made no errors.  It's only when I try to Debug/Release, I get the error:

  "the program can't start because missing XYZ.dll."

  If I simply move the DLL in the project root folder, then it runs.

  I don't understand.  I have the DLL correctly attached to the project in the tree.

  The behavior you are seing is due to the standard mechanism of the OSs to search for DLLs. When your application is loaded by the operating system, it will search first of your dependencies DLL in the directory from which the desktop application is loaded. If it is not found at this location, Windows will try to find the DLL in the system directory.   You've done a good job answering my question.  Somehow, and I don't know how I did it I accidentally erased all the favourites I had accumulated for quite some time.  I have not found these missing Favorites in the trash that is where I would have expected to have. But that's another story and not a good thing.  I have so appreciated your efforts and I hope at some point I can get these favorites - wherever they are now.

  It may be best if you contact Microsoft support because this error is related to Windows. There may be a corruption in your operating system for when you upgraded.

  Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

  1. a System Restore to before the updates:

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

  If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

  If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

  Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

  System restore steps according to the info above.

  2. click on start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

  > then click the one that you don't want > uninstall will appear at the top > uninstall it.

  Unfortunately reading open the tab URL is not supported. It should be a platform-specific API (i.e. WebWorks), and my bet for its exclusion would be security implications.
