  I tried to set up my xbox360 to work with windows media center.  Whenever I try to install the Update Rollup 2, he created a restore point and as soon as he arrives to install the fix, says installation failed and my computer must be restarted or something to that effect.  I did some research and found the threads on the .NET framework 1.1 Hotfix and checked for her and she does not appear in my programs add/delete, menu, so I don't think that may be worth.    It drives me crazy, any help would be appreciated seriously.

  2 are you able to access the programs in the start menu?

  Run the Setup again.

  Open WMC > tasks > settings > General > installation Windows Media Center > rerun the installation

  Does that help?

  If the above does not help then try to reset WMC: -.

  Open Control Panel > uninstall a program > turn Windows features on or off > scroll multimedia features > uncheck the box against Windows Media Center > follow the instructions on the screen > Reboot > open again to turn Windows features on or off in the control panel > scroll multimedia features > check the box against Windows Media Center.

  Now reconfigure WMC again

  You may need to reset if necessary WMC.

  Run the Setup again.

  I was wonder if there is a way for the Windows Media Player to sync with my iPod touch and also if possible how do I change the type of extension file synchronization?
  My current problem is that the iPod does not appear on the list of devices. As an employer in a business that uses music to support our workers during the construction outside, we cannot install program unless we get they technicians to tell us if the program is allowed to install.
