  I am a new Member of this forum. Thank you to everyone. I bought a hp mini 210-2011 computer. It came with windows 7 Basic. only two disks, the disk 'c' & recovery had ' drive! so, to preserve the safety of my data, I thought to make new partitions. Home Basic to Windows is total crap, so I bought a windows 7 Home premium 32-bit and installed & made partitions. BUTTTT... After that there are always signs of the Red Cross on the network on the system tray icon. a message that is popping up "" windows detects no network hardware "." I downloaded the drivers from the hp site. But even after their installation without help. model says'there is sometimes no hardware, operation canceled. There are 10 driversavailable on the network tab, I installed the first three drivers. because I don't know who are exactly for my laptop, but I found under model specifc number I searched the net and found it's a coomon problem, but there was none is satisfactory. There is no switch for the physical network adapter. one of the function keys act as wifi on/off switch. I installed 2011 Ralink 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter, Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth Adapter Driver, Driver Realtek Local Area Network (LAN), Manager of connection hp, chipset driver intel drivers audio & video, storage drivers. should I install any drivers 1 listed under Network tab it please help me. any help will be appreciated.   one thing, WHY all THE HP computers LAPTOPS COME WITH ONLY C & RECOVERY D DRIVE! DATA RECOVERY IS NOT AN IMPORTANT ISSUE FOR THEM. 2 DAYS BACK BOUGHT HP PAVILION dm4. THE SAME PROBLEM.   problem solved. in the end another driver listed on the site hp "Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver for Microsoft Windows 7" did the trick. for amateur like me, it is very difficult to know the required driver. I now intend to format my new hp Pavilion dm4-1219tx which is come with close to 500 GB drive 'C '. problem is that I have to buy a new copy of windows Home premium 64 bit and the operating system that came with the laptop is going to lose. but to my knowledge, I have no choice. new schedule before reinstalling the os, I'll try to find out the specific driver that is necessary, so that I do not land upward with the same kind of problem, can be larger.

  SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!  I have a very old laptop, since 2002, I think, that is running XP Home. Recently my laptop started to cut all of a sudden and then cannot find the wireless network. I know that this is not the WiFi because my other laptop works very well. When I restart the laptop, it works up until I try to download something and sometimes turns off while I'm browsing.   When I disabled all protocols except TCP/IP Protocol, the network WORKED! Now the Internet works, I can download large files and browse shared files with the same speed as my other laptop!

  Ive got this Satelite L40 - 17u which I upgraded to xp, I recently installed the audio driver which is a - ok and went to install WiFi realtek RTL8187B driver ehich I got the toshiba site, which installed but cannot find all the networks, ethernet is very well and everything works perfectly except that it may not pick up all networs wireless too bad mine which works perfectly as im typing this one Acer. Any ideas how to solve this problem, guys?

• DMA2100 cannot find wireless networks

  I just unpacked it 3 DMA2100 to use at home with my HTPC. I started to configure the first DMA2100 but are struggling to find my wireless network.

  A network is found, and it's the ISP´s Internet router that goes right in the Internet (and so I don't want to use ).

  I connected the DMA2100 to a wired gigabit port and configured it and did the firmware upgrade to the latest firmware (. 12).

  I then rebooted the DMA2100 and retried to search for networks. Same problem, only my ISP´s router appears.

  Then, I turned off the router ISP´s (thinking maybe it's a bug that shows just the first available wireless network), restarted the DMA2100 and tried again. No networks where found.

  I have 4 laptops in the House all are my two wireless networks and use them successfully. I have 3 Xbox 360 that uses wireless and find all networks with success. I have a PS3 which is all networks and use them successfully. In addition, on most devices, my neighbours networks shows (two) on all other devices, depending on where I place it upward.

  Not on the DMA2100 tho.

  My personal router in the House is a D-Link (curse) DIR-855. I can't say I m satisfied with it, but I had no problem with other devices connected to it. The SSID broadcast is turned on and I ve never seen not see if friends up or so come with their laptops.

  I seriously need some advice and support to get this working. What can I do to make these DMA2100 find my wireless network?

  As my post stated, I updated the firmware 1.1.12. I'll try to non-secure network to see if it s the problem, very good idea. Pain after back my results later.

  I tried the network troubleshooting and it failed. I've updated the network wifi drivers. I turned the button wireless on and outside. Nothing works.

  I noticed this change after a recent update of windows 10.

  Thank you! I was just trying to find the network on the PC I used to put in place. It was not showing on my PC, but I tried my iphone and it is available here. Then, I followed the installation instructions and did the whole upward on my iphone (not on the PC as I originally did) and it worked. No problems!  Thank you!

• Qosmio G30-182: Drops Wlan connection & then cannot find wireless networks

  I use currently v.11.1.0.100 driver for Intel(r) Pro/Wireless 3945ABG, which is the last driver I found here at Toshiba.

  My problem is that I lose my wifi connection, randomly my home wlan (using WEP protection) and my University (WPA-Enterprise). After the connection drops, it is impossible to find all nodes wlan unless I reboot.

  Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? It is a bit frustrating to have to restart randomly because I need my network connection!

• Equium A200-15I can't find wireless networks after recovery

  After making a recovery using the Vista CD from my computer (an Equium A200 15I) cannot find wireless networks. I went into the device under network adapters Manager and then there is realtek RTL8101 Ethernet NIC etc and in the other devices section it is Ethernet and controller of Stoeage of mass.

  I have some problems with networks wireless on my laptop Satellite A100-495.

  The problem is: my wireless adapter (intel / pro 3945abg) doesn't seem to find wireless networks. If I portable place very close to my router wireless (such as 1 m) - connection can be established.   I used the Wlan configuration option to own Windows. For several months, I use the Intel Proset configuration utility to establish the WiFi connection!
  It works!

  It seems that your WLAN is not enabled. Did you check that?
  You can disable and enable WLAN with the switch on the laptop and pressing FN + F8.

  If it doesn't work you should try to install the latest WLAN driver. Search on the Toshiba site:

  As far as I know the laptop is equipped with a Realtek WLAN card.
