Cannot get Adobe Creative Cloud Packager to initialize
Creative cloud Packer seems to install, but when it tries to initialize once the connection I get the "Oops!" something has gone wrong"message. I was told by the provider to delete and remove the OOBE username/AppData/Local/Adobe folder to the recycling bin. Got the same results. I am on an Intel-based PC Windows 7. Currently I have installed CC2014 desktop applications and strives to upgrade to CC2015 applications.
Another option is:
Leave the creative cloud
Restart the computer.
Run any application, click Help and update > follow the instructions on the screen.

How to change product with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

Have 12 servers Citrix XA 6.5 with Adobe Photoshop elements installed 11 currently on them.
I want to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop elements with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager 13.
For this, I have created a package with Adobe Creative packer of cloud, but can not choose when you create this package to upgrade rather than a new installation.
Is this possible with Adobe Creative Cloud Packer? Or I have to buy another version of the PSE13 software (upgrade)?

You will be able to use the same software you bought assuming you purchased volume licenses.
You must create new installation package for PSE 13 as a result of process as below:

How can I get Adobe Creative Cloud out of my computer?
I downloaded creative cloud as well as adobe photoshop trial. I want to get Adobe Creative cloud of my computer, but I put in the trash can and it will not come off of my computer. (in other words, he still works in the background.) How it go down?

Because you put files in the trash before uninstalling, you may need to reinstall it to uninstall it completely.

Hi - I'm looking for the correction Adobe Illustrator 2014 1.2 update (ou.0.2) for Mac - and it is not visible in the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager (Mac version). The only visible update is Illustrator CC 20141 - that is what introduced bugs.
The only thing I can think that may cause the problems I have a Mac Mini on the Mavericks.

Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for macintosh fails
Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for macintosh fails.
The error log says "[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - AdobePackageBuilder: SendPacket returned the error:-1.
I tried 4 or 5 times.
Everything is downloaded (took about 14 GB).
Now, I have only 12 GB of free space on my drive. Maybe the reason (Packager will make a copy of the downloaded stuff?).
When I finished, how to recover the space eaten by package manager?
Looks like it's caching it in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CCP, but I have to manually delete the cache?
I can't find a menu entry to do.
Would be nice if Packager can use a network mounted as a destination disk, but it does not discover these.

Preferably CCP, you can purge that deletes the cache. See the article: CC help | Create or modify packages.

Cannot install Adobe Creative cloud and can't remove it
Help, please. During the software update (for windows 8), the computer was off. There was an error in update: C000003A. After that I went back to the previously saved configuration (if I understand correctly) I tried to install all my programs once more (desktop, Adobe Creative cloud, etc.) During installation of creative cloud installation saying that the previous filed was not properly deleted), I deleted the file "Adobe" according to the instructions from Adobe and also deleted with CC Cleaner. Doesn't work. I can't install my Adobe or remove and reinstall. It's text from Adobe:

In this case, it is better to own reseating of the creative cloud app and then try to install Photoshop cc.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
- Run the cleanup tool Adobe and if present remove below mentioned only options:
- Creative cloud office
- Adobe Photoshop cc
- Adobe Application Manager

Step 5:
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

After having downloaded the file Setup.exe of Coud creative , right-click on it and select the option "run as administrator".
Once the Adobe Creative Cloud application is installed, login and try again to install Adobe Photoshop CC.

I can't remove all the files manually to the program files because it tells me access is denied

Always problems getting Adobe Creative Cloud dependent
First I had trouble with the opening of cloud creative and just show the rotation wheel Mac. That's all. I contacted this forum earlier and was provided with a link that suggested that do the following:

Please rename file from the following location OOBE
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
After you rename the folder OOBE please reboot the machine and then launch the application once more.

I've done the above on my Mac and now after reboot, I have two folders "OOBE" in my folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe. A folder is called "OOBE" and the other is called "Folder OOBE", as suggested by the above recommendation.
I opened the Application Adobe Creative cloud. It prompted me to my e-mail address and the password that I entered. But now, instead of getting the spinning wheel Mac in creative cloud window, the window is just empty without activity.
(I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but Apple has recently had an improvement in the system I have installed - 10.11.3.)
Please tell us what to do next. Thank you.

Problems with Adobe Creative Cloud package

I have a problem with creative cloud Packager.
I can very well pakage, but when I try to install the package on another mac, it just says installation failed after a few minutes, I can see that it installs Adobe Bridge in the dash but nothing more.

Cannot sign Adobe Creative cloud with wrong email

I created an account to download Adobe Creative Cloud. After downloading, I opened creative cloud and he asked to check my e-mail address, except that I misspelled my email address. Cannot launch Adobe Creative Cloud
Simple click on the task bar or double-click on the desktop icon - nothing happens. PS, LR and DW bought in recent weeks. I think they had an update on 11/02/16 I installed. Today is the first time that I need to open it and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
